A single room to stay not more than 2 days nothing special

Was clean , close to metro train .

Our reservation was for 4 days, but after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told that towel replacement is only provided for stays longer than 5 days. We found this disappointing, as clean towels during a 4-day stay should be standard. Also, only 4 coffee capsules were provided for the entire 4-day stay, and when we asked for more, they were not replenished. Basic amenities like towels and coffee should be adequate for the length of the stay. Overall, this made the experience less comfortable than expected.

The room was very hot and it didn't have an outside window. The night receptionist was not helpful and very abrupt, borderline rude.

Although the arrangement was different from where I come from, it made it very easy for three people to get ready in the mornings and set out for the day. The room was spacious enough and well laid out.

As a family, we would have liked a better supply of coffee for our mornings and a better stocked kitchenette. There was no dish soap or dish cloths supplied for cleaning up. We were more than willing to keep everything tidy, however we’re not provided the proper tools to do so

On 5th floor. Room nicely fitted (good bed, bathroom and kitchenette) and I guess newly restored. Lift to 4th floor so 5th floor unsuitable for physically challenged customers. Stong WiFi signal from 3rd floor (but not on 5th floor) Location very good in 2e Arrondissement. Nontheless a quiet room.

Room air-conditioned and it was not possible to open the window (even in an emergency). The only fire escape was on the central stairs. Television only had french language channels (OK for me but not for my spouse).

It was a pleasant stay.

The location is really good. The studio apartment is small but comfortable and quiet for rest.

The kitchen needs at least an extractor fan, since it's not isolated from the rest of the room, to keep odors out. And the TV has to be replaced with a modern smart TV to be able to use today's apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc.). Only over-the-air channels can be watched.

I never had the chance to get into the hotel as they never sent me the code and I got refused the entrance. It was 1am and I paid for a room I never could get into. Worst experience ever.

Fab short stay, would stay again and even recommended my friends

Fabulous stay, I’ve been telling everyone what an amazing stay I had! Check in and out was easy, hotel location is slightly off the main road which is quiet and I felt safe walking home at night. There’s loads of eatery and pubs on the main road. Just a couple of minutes walk from the underground. 20-25 min walk from La Fayette, so everything I need is within 20-25 min either on the underground or foot. Hotel felt safe, you’ll need code to get in and out. It was overall tastefully decorated, comes with a cozy lounge area. Hob works well, saved a couple of quid just by having dinner or breakfast in the hotel. The room is slightly warm, so it’s great for me but otherwise the window can be opened quite easily. Love the bathroom, the powerful strong shower is amazing as well!

Overall very comfortable stay for 2A 2C, modern apartment in safe neighbourhood.

Location is perfect with metro station 3 minutes away and lots of ammenities and eateries around it. Small kitchen we used for morning tea and toast. Sofa bed was comfortable.

There was smelly dirty socks left in the cupboard making the whole room stink when we arrived and dishes in dishwasher were not clean.

Beautiful and petite place to stay. Very central and close to the subway for easy access for travel.

I arrived slightly earlier than check in time and even though my Uber driver tried to negotiate for early check in, the gentleman at reception would not assist. I decided to pass time by walking around the area until it was time for check in. I was met by a lovely and friendly lady upon arrival

The room got so hot because there is no ventilation in the room. There was a window but it did not open, which meant I had to keep hydrated throughout the night to manage the heat

Great for a few days

The Location is really central, surrounded by lots of nice bars and restaurants. The area felt safe. The room was spacious and has small kitchen facilities. They provide a toaster, kettle AND coffee machine. There are plenty of plug sockets as well. The air con was effective and had been thoughtfully placed.

The water from the shower in my room did not drain completely which meant when I got back in the evenings I had to ventilate the room as it smelt bad. There could have been a few more shelves for my clothes and also the hanging space is short, fine for tops and shirts but not long dresses. Everything was tidy and clean but they missed a few tricks such as providing a coffee pod or two for your arrival and soap to wash your hands with. (They do provide shower gel and shampoo).

Very cosy, clean and comfortable rooms. Although tiny- small rooms, this is perfect for people who move out the entire day and crash down at night. A 100% excellent sleep with no noise and an excellent bed.

smaller room with a cellar window, not the one I chose according to photos of selection. my all cards were declined by property, booking com made clear, my cards are fine. until end was feeling the fault is on my end. for pretty high price a cellar feeling room was not expected result and not fair, as I booked room with high windows

The room (or studio) was convenient but the receptionist was not hospital

There was no breakfast offered in our booking. The location of the hotel was ideal for transportation, with metro or bus. It was hard to reach the location by Taxi

We stayed for one week and when we asked for bed sheets and change and extra towels for the bathroom the lady in charge told us you have to pay for that and she didn't mention how much. The room was also very badly ventilated and the window looked at a wall. The lady in charge was so blunt and answered our questions in a very cold way. I don't say she was impolite or unhelpful but she was unprofessional and not nice. She kept on saying you are not in hotel and it's your fault that you didn't ask for details before you rent the room.

Location, small Kitchenette/additional space to a hotel room

No Towel change during 5 night stay, no cleaning of room during 5 day stay. No emptying of bins during stay, No tea towel for after washing dishes in kitchen, no dishcloth provided for wiping benches etc. The timing, lack of advise on the part payment made against card before arrival. The payment was made without any announcement, or issue of receipt. The early payment was made prior to the cancellation period, which to me is contrary to the 'free cancellation prior to' offer. The room i was in was accessed via a half flight of stairs from a lift landing, the stairs were not even spacing so a trip hazard, The room had with a double door arrangement with strong door closure mechanisms which was difficult to negotiate. This should be made abundantly clear to anyone placed in that room. It would not be suitable for all. Wi Fi was often very weak, not useful for business access to internet. I was lead to believe there was daily coffee/croissants available in the lobby - this was not available. Staff on duty 24/7 which is comforting, though other than woman on duty on our arrival, other staff offerred little assistance.

Beautiful well-planned design overall. Very clean, comfortable bed, keypad access, elevator, convenient location, great shower. Workable kitchen facilities (after buying additional supplies), very quiet room, quiet and effective AC, towel heater. helpful onsite staff, included laundry facilities.

Management response to texts was slow or nonexistent. Room safe didn’t work, and after several inquiries we were told the previous guests had their passports locked in due to malfunction. No coffee, salt or pepper. No sponge, paper towels, cleanser, dish detergent. No cooking utensils. Squeaky bathroom door. Luggage stand was broken, we never got a replacement.

Very Mixed feelings

The location is great, so is the gentleman in the reception at night hours.

At check-out on May 6th 2022 we forgot one of our baggages at the hotel. We called them immediately, the baggage was located and they promised to send it by Air mail. A month later, after several emails, massages and phone calls, also after personally contacting a lady associated with the management to her personal whatsupp that she was quick to use in order to affirm our early check-out but not to actually help send our baggage back, only to promise falsly to do so, We are still waiting for our baggage with our daughters clothes, presents and some precious belongings in it. When we ordered the room, their was a problem with our visa at last minute before we took our flight and the owner was nice enough to keep the room for us until we arrived and paid cash Tahat is one reason why we gave them more than one chance to fix the problem, to do the right thing before writing this review, but at some point no one came back to us any more, that's the real problem, simply ignoring people, so we were left with a very bad feeling and without our baggage that was actually found!!. One more thing, the pictures regarding large family rooms on the hotels site are somehow misleading, there is no separate room with a double bed only one large space with a kitchen, one should be aware of that. Other than that the place is OK
