Location good - near restaurants and metro. Did not have breakfast as none provided. Ladies on reception very friendly and very helpful. comfortable beds and good shower. Excellent air conditioning. There was a lift.

There was a comfortable large bed. The AC was mega and appreciated during the incredible heatwave in Paris. The bathroom was great and the water was hot and with excellent water pressure. Nice shampoo and body wash provided too. The small kitchen area had an electric kettle, capsule type coffee machine, cold refrigerator, little electric cook top, and enough utensils for two guests. The security features and the quiet of my room were optimal.
The towels were fluffy and clean but not sufficiently absorbent and felt like micro fiber, not cotton. The tiny kitchen area was hard to work in. The safe was not useable which had me worried about my passport and money belt.

Loved the location. Close to great food, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket, laundry and metro. The room had a great little kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Very peaceful, quiet location, and safe.
Did not receive a warm welcome on the first day. Our information was in french, not a problem, but for some reason we couldn't translate it. We asked for help to translate but didn't get any. We had just travelled by plane and long taxi ride and didn't think we were asking for much when asking for help too get to our room. So this was disappointing.

Was clean , close to metro train .
Our reservation was for 4 days, but after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told that towel replacement is only provided for stays longer than 5 days. We found this disappointing, as clean towels during a 4-day stay should be standard.
Also, only 4 coffee capsules were provided for the entire 4-day stay, and when we asked for more, they were not replenished. Basic amenities like towels and coffee should be adequate for the length of the stay.
Overall, this made the experience less comfortable than expected.
