Clean, practical, well located, quiet et secure.
Because it is a residence hotel with no staff, I needed to be better prepared about the access with the code that had been sent the day before.

Instruction was very clear and useful
The light in the bathroom was not enough and heater fir towels didn't work.
Towel didn't change even we stayed for 3 days.

Was clean , close to metro train .
Our reservation was for 4 days, but after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told that towel replacement is only provided for stays longer than 5 days. We found this disappointing, as clean towels during a 4-day stay should be standard.
Also, only 4 coffee capsules were provided for the entire 4-day stay, and when we asked for more, they were not replenished. Basic amenities like towels and coffee should be adequate for the length of the stay.
Overall, this made the experience less comfortable than expected.
