Discover this apartment nestled in the heart of Paris, ideal for an unforgettable stay. Former commercial premises with large window display and direct access from the street (see last photo), comprising :

On the ground floor, organized as a single open space :
- a sleeping area on the street side with a double bed (160×200), separated from the dining area by blinds.
- a sleeping area with a single bed (120×200), separated from the dining area by a curtain.
The two spaces are separated by a glass partition with blinds. This layout is ideal for family or close friends, but may not be suitable for those seeking complete acoustic or visual privacy between the two sleeping areas. In addition, due to street noise, we advise light sleepers to bring earplugs.
- A table for sharing meals.
On the lower level, accessible via a staircase:
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×200). This opens onto a kitchenette. The two areas are separated by a curtain.
- A functional shower room.
- Separate toilet.

During your stay, you will have at disposal a television, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, a microwave and a coffee machine, offering all the necessary comfort.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to settle in quickly and worry-free.
