This apartment is located in the heart of Paris, right next to the Grand Boulevard and Montorgueil, and is close to all attractions and amenities.

This is a first-floor apartment with an elevator - It consists of:
- Spacious living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) and a dining table
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, oven, and dishwasher)
- A first bedroom with a large double bed (140x200cm)
- A second bedroom with a large double bed (140x200cm) and its own bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
- TV and high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi)
Services provided:
You’ll find your beds made and all necessary linens provided (towels, sheets, etc.)
Regular housekeeping services are provided weekly according to a mutually agreed-upon schedule
Optional services (for a fee):
Breakfast available with delivery upon request
Travel crib with mattress (without linens) available upon request: 30 € per stay
If there are fewer than 5 of you, please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed.
