Our apartment is ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people for a pleasant stay in Paris. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, electric heating, and a television.
Its compact American kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, tableware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle) allowing you to easily prepare a meal, snack, or drinks among friends or family.
Gathered around the table or comfortably seated on the living room sofas, you'll share a convivial moment.

Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

Unfortunately the drains smell from the bathroom took over the whole flat. The Agent was good and did send someone in to investigate, but it didn't make any difference. The flat is all newly decorated, well equipped, and in a really good central location. So, just a shame about the smell.

I will try to be honest but fair. The price was attractive on this unit and it was a big space with all of the things needed for cooking, laundry, big shower. It was close enough to Metro and sites. However, there were several things:1. First Impression not good-I rented for 1 person, but there was a thin, stained mattress on end in the front room with nowhere to hide it. There was a stained couch with a burned hole in one of the armrest, another burn hole in dining room chair, and lots of chips in the dining table edges. 2. Bathroom smell-The bathroom had a foul smell which did not go away the week that I was there. I am pretty tolerant of smells, but this really took away from the experience of being in the unit. I told them, so hope will address.3. Aged Components-one of the bed legs was not on properly and I slept on a leaning bed the first night until I figured out how to fix it (at least for now) The bedroom lights on the wall behind bed didn't work until I jiggled them. Loose and need repair.4. No elevator, uneven stairs up to 4th Floor. Would not be good for someone with mobility or stability issues. Also drop off between rooms inside kept making me trip.5. Dining table had not been cleaned properly. Stuff on table I hope was food/sauce (I had to clean). Like I said, the price was very attractive, so I was not expecting a 4 star unit. But I think your expectations should be low going in. I also think they need to do repairs and do better.
