The property was in a great location. Good restaurants and easy to get to locations.
The property needs renovating. It is very old and some things need a spruce up. The windows were very difficult to open and close and overall the apartment was not good value for money.

Great location - a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord, lots of restaurants, cafés and local shops on the doorstop, and a 20 minute walk to the Louvre. Excellent communication from the property agency. Comfortable beds and nice hot showers.
The vanity unit/basin in the main bedroom would benefit from being replaced.
