Great location - a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord, lots of restaurants, cafés and local shops on the doorstop, and a 20 minute walk to the Louvre. Excellent communication from the property agency. Comfortable beds and nice hot showers.
The vanity unit/basin in the main bedroom would benefit from being replaced.

The location is great. You walk through a hall and then into a courtyard to get to the apartment so it was very quiet. The apartment is near 2 metros and every type of restaurant you can think of. There is also a grocery store nearby. I had trouble with the checking in and checking out instructions but that was ‘user error’ (I’m not tech savvy at all). The Mon Petit Fare team couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful!
Please note that there is only 1 toilet even though there are 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms have a shower and sink. Also the stairs from the courtyard to the apartment are spiral which might be an issue if you have heavy luggage. But honestly the stairs are beautiful!
