Large 2-room apartment in central Paris, Montorgueil district. Very close to 4 metro lines, lively neighborhood with restaurants and stores in the immediate vicinity. Very bright, with 3 beds for up to 6 people. 1st floor. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, Nespresso, WIFI with fiber and also Dyson Purifier Purifier and Cool fan, brand-new equipment, fully renovated in Sept 2021 with high-quality finishes.

We loved our stay near Rue Montorgueil! The apartment is very centrally located to lots of delicious restaurants and shops (the bakery in the next street over is WORLD CLASS), a Metro station, and other attractions, and it was a lovely size and comfort level for our family of five. Great for our introduction to Paris. Claude and his son were also excellent hosts—kind and quickly answered our questions and dealt with issues. The shower drain had some difficulty, though Claude came and tried to work on it immediately, and the lack of a shower curtain or door was a little strange for us, but it seems more common in Europe since we saw similar situations at other properties. The ability to do laundry was amazing! All in all, a lovely spot and stay. Highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay at this apartment, while we were in Paris. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly. The spacious apartment had everything we needed including washer and dryer plus A/C. The location is perfect and it’s not too touristy at all with many yummy restaurants and grocery stores close-by. We loved the Korean restaurant and donut shop right downstairs-very convenient! The Louvre, Galeries Lafayette(mall) and Les Halles(large shopping area-walking distance) are close by!!!! Claude, thank you so much for being an exceptional Vrbo host. You provided the warmest hospitality and made our entire family feel right at home. We deeply appreciate your kindness and hope to stay at your beautiful property again in the future!!
