Situated in the Montorgueil area, you will enjoy this shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakers (croissants, baguettes). This famous quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area, rare in Paris. Apartment completely refurbished, decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 6 people (+ one baby cot if necessary). The bedding is new. A rare light : many large windows with open views in every room! Luxury apartment with timber, flooring, moldings and fireplace, high ceilings...
Its central localisation is perfect to go for a walk and discover the charm of Paris. On foot, you easily join district of Beaubourg and Le Centre Pompidou, Châtelet-Les Halles, the banks of the Seine, Notre Dame and l'Ile de la Cité, the Louvre museum, Le Marais, L'Opéra Garnier... Perfect home away from home for our family of four. Centrally located in the 2nd arrondissement, near metro stations, which made our commute to Paris attractions a breeze. Many options for restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries around the property. Highly recommended.

The property was as described and worked well for our family of grandparents, parents and 2 children. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were very good. Unfortunately we were there during the horrible heatwave but the fans provided worked to help cool us and it was bearable. The location was excellent; only half a block from the metro yet quiet in the evening. I would definitely stay there again!Jane

We were very happy with our stay in Paris at Laurent’s wonderful property! The apartment is clean, quite well appointed and ideally located to shops, restaurants and transit! We highly recommend this property to couples and families! Merci Laurent!
