This 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms & 2 Toilets Apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris, rue Réaumur Paris 2. Situated in the Montorgueil area, you will enjoy this shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakers (croissants, baguettes). This famous quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area, rare in Paris. Apartment completely refurbished, decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 6 people (+ one baby cot if necessary). The bedding is new. A rare light : many large windows with open views in every room! Luxury apartment with timber, flooring, moldings and fireplace, high ceilings...
Its central localisation is perfect to go for a walk and discover the charm of Paris. On foot, you easily join district of Beaubourg and Le Centre Pompidou, Châtelet-Les Halles, the banks of the Seine, Notre Dame and l'Ile de la Cité, the Louvre museum, Le Marais, L'Opéra Garnier... Centrally located and walking close to Notre Dame, Louvre, etc. We even walked to the Eiffel Tower from there. Very vibrant neighborhood but quiet at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's in a great location, and it has plenty of space. We were two couples and never felt like we needed any more space. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and there was plenty of closet space. The two bathrooms were well appointed, and the combo washer-dryer let us clean some clothes while we were there in the middle of a multi-country trip. The location is in a good neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as markets for any groceries you may want to buy, and the apartment is situated between two Metro stations that are just a short walk away. That made it very easy to get around. I'm glad we stayed here!

Great location! Metro, grocery store and restaurants all within an easy walk. Laurent was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. It was so nice to come back from a busy day and have a well equipped kitchen and some space to spread out. Highly recommend!!

What a great location, it was so close to subways, restaurants, museums and groceries. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4, (2 adult boys.)The book listed everything lots of great information and recommendations. We had a lot of our reservations, especially NYE dinner and museums but used Laurent’s recommendations to fill in evenings. Laurent was great with contact before our arrival and Armony was just a quick call away for any questions. Thanks for a wonderful place to use as our base for the holiday week.
