Habitat Parisien - Montorgueil Suite

It’s beautiful, clean and comfortable. Made me feel like I was living my dream Parisian life.

Lots of stairs but was good cardio!!

We loved the location and size of the condo, and it was very quiet. The staff were very very nice and quick to answer any questions we had and to send our check in information early which we really appreciated.

Sadly there is no views, except into the next apartment windows of the facing unit. Unfortunately the cleaning staff accidentally "dropped the ball" in forgetting to supply any garbage bags for the kitchen or bathroom or any hand soap for the bathroom sink or shower, and only half a roll of toilet paper. There was only one sad little coffee pod for 1 singular cup of coffee, and one small 2cmx2cm welcome chocolate for 4 adults haha. None of those things would really be an issue except when I asked for them it took over 24hours and an additional reminder for anyone to come by. We were somewhat afraid of anything that could go wrong because they require a 50€ non refundable damage deposit or a 500€ hold on your credit card for any damages which may occur. We weren't aware of this when we booked, and have never had that before so that was a new experience for us. All in all we had a great time and the condo was very clean and in a safe, vibrant neighborhood. You learn to just roll with the unexpected.

It was very cozy, clean and spacious. The location is excellent.

Size of the property and its location

1. Given the weather, the fans provided were not adequate. Bigger fans and and an additional stool to keep the one in the loft along with an extension cord would have been better. 2. Request for additional pillows was ignored. This made sleeping worse for to of us with back problem. 3. There was no secure lockbox. 4. Given the weather, instead of blankets, sheets for covering while sleeping would have been better. 5. The ventilation in the main area at the top of the ceiling could not be opened, which made the hot weather worse.
