The location is unbeatable

No lift and tough stairs

It was very clean, in a great location, and the instructions to find the place were very detailed. The sheets for the sofa bed were already prepared, nice touch. Interesting that they have two fridges and two washing machines.

It looks nothing like the picture. The stairs to get to the apartment are very narrow. There was almost no shampoo and conditioner left and the quality was very poor. There was no hair dryer, no tissue paper, no other amenities that I would expect from a luxury apartment / accommodation of this price. The toilet doesn't flush well, and there is no hook to hang a towel. The written interaction was probably with an AI-bot, so there was zero human interaction even when we had a problem, no follow-up on solving the problem, only automatic messages.

It’s beautiful, clean and comfortable. Made me feel like I was living my dream Parisian life.

Size of the property and its location

1. Given the weather, the fans provided were not adequate. Bigger fans and and an additional stool to keep the one in the loft along with an extension cord would have been better. 2. Request for additional pillows was ignored. This made sleeping worse for to of us with back problem. 3. There was no secure lockbox. 4. Given the weather, instead of blankets, sheets for covering while sleeping would have been better. 5. The ventilation in the main area at the top of the ceiling could not be opened, which made the hot weather worse.
