L'appartamento è carino, fresco, tranquillo e spazioso, ottimo per tre persone grazie al divano letto. Nella cucina sono presenti vari elettrodomestici (forno a microonde, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè con cialde). Attaccato al teatro delle Folies Bergère, nel nono arrondissement, si trova vicino a diverse stazioni della metro e in zona centrale anche per spostarsi a piedi verso tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. Sotto casa ci sono anche una boulangerie, un piccolo supermercato e molti ristoranti.
Abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare le chiavi all'inizio, credo sarebbe utile segnalare meglio la cassetta delle lettere che contiene le box per il ritiro e magari il numero degli appartamenti.

The apartment has a great location. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and the metro is a 7-minute walk away. We walked a lot, and many attractions were within walking distance.
The trash is taken out at 8 a.m., it's a bit noisy since the apartments are on the ground floor.

Cozy, clean, boulangerie with amazing food for breakfast and coffee next door and everything is 10-15 min with bicycle. Also bicycle parking exactly outside the door.
Small for 3 adults because sofa when you open it for extra bed is too big for the living room. For 2 person or family with 1 or 2 kids is perfect.

L'emplacement répondait exactement à ce qu'il nous fallait.
La literie est en très bon état, l'appartement propre.
A l'arrivée, le code de clé n'a pas fonctionné; on a téléphoné pour obtenir un autre code.
L'absence de réseau internet (un comble pour un logement dit "de prestige", surtout en plein Paris!).Le propriétaire était sans doute en retard d'abonnement. Cela a été résolu 24 heures plus tard
2 postes de TV, purement décoratifs car inopérants. Un four à n'utiliser que si on a beaucoup de temps disponible: même avec l'affichage en russe ,un plat réchauffé à 150 degrés (par exemple ) va mettre environ 50 secondes par degré pour descendre à 47 ou 48,c'est à dire qu'on peut ouvrir le four à peu près 1h 15 plus tard !!!
Ce sera super après mise à jour de cette somme de désagréments incompatibles avec l'appellation: de prestige.
...et le prix qui va avec..
