It was our second stay in WS Marais (different apartment this time). We came back as it's a great location, close to the metro La République. The whole area is very charming, with typical Parisian cafés, restaurants and shops. They have a great customer service, all the questions are answered almost immediately.
I have nothing in particular to complain about.

The location of the property is fantastic.
The cleanliness of the property is very poor. There was pink mould in the shower which I had asked multiple times to be cleaned yet they failed to do so. Very poor standards and even though the administration promised it would be cleaned, it was not. I’ve stayed in cleaner hostels.
There was only one pillow on the bed per person and when we requested one more the company said they didn’t have any. We were able to see extra pillows in the cleaning cupboard. Very disappointing. We had to go to IKEA to purchase a pillow each to sleep on.
The walls are very thin and we were able to hear the person next door snoring.
