The location of the property is great however you are better staying in a private room in a hostel to save money.

The location of the property is fantastic.

The cleanliness of the property is very poor. There was pink mould in the shower which I had asked multiple times to be cleaned yet they failed to do so. Very poor standards and even though the administration promised it would be cleaned, it was not. I’ve stayed in cleaner hostels. There was only one pillow on the bed per person and when we requested one more the company said they didn’t have any. We were able to see extra pillows in the cleaning cupboard. Very disappointing. We had to go to IKEA to purchase a pillow each to sleep on. The walls are very thin and we were able to hear the person next door snoring.

Location

Dirty showers, mold, thin walls, we could hear neighvour snorring. Dirty towels and bed linnen. No space for luggage storage. Our chsck in was delayed for 2 hrs which ruined our plans. Service staff is unfriendly.

Great location, very good value for money.

It was our second stay in WS Marais (different apartment this time). We came back as it's a great location, close to the metro La République. The whole area is very charming, with typical Parisian cafés, restaurants and shops. They have a great customer service, all the questions are answered almost immediately.

I have nothing in particular to complain about.

Quiet and afforable option in the Marais

Easy instructions to follow, very clear, and in a nice neighborhood. It's my third time coming back and the place meets expectations as always. I like the fact there is a lift so either you do one staircase, or you have a convenient lift to carry your luggage. The place is small but for a single person it's perfect

A pleasant stay.

Convenient location. Walkable to most of what we were interested in seeing. We had an issue with one bed, we were easily able to contact the management through WhatsApp.

Despite having the ability to sleep 4 adults it really wasn’t big enough for 4 adults.

Great architecture. Good use of space around property. Snazzy storage. The place has a lift which is good for luggage. Good communication from the team.

Lack of windows - only one in main bedroom. The second bedroom which was also the living area, didn’t have a window and only a ceiling fan for heat control, which made somewhat of a difference but sleeping at night got quite uncomfortable.

Great location Building has a lift

Very hot apartment (like a sauna), the AC is not really an AC but more like a fan that just moved hot air around. The windows were locked shut and could not open them. I tried to call the number provided but no one answered. I sent a message and then someone replied several hours later. The windows got fixed on day 3 so we had a good sleep on our last night when we could get some air into the apartment. The first two nights were unbearable. The TV also didn’t work on the first two nights. There was a coffee pod machine provided but no coffee or any other things were provided. Would have been nice to have some tea or even packet coffee.

not so bad

the one thing i like about the house is location. there are so many beautiful cafes and shopping places and it’s near the small park so you can spend some time there.

Unfortunately the place is not so clean and there is no one to to contact in reception desk since it is online checkin. I must say online communication is effective but there is no chance to leave your baggage in lobby so you have to pay extra to leave your luggage And also fresh towels doesn’t available daily, we weren’t aware of it and that’s why i asked fresh towels for just one time and they didn’t even respond back :)

Good location, not very helpful staff.

It was in a good location and was very quiet and clean.

The air conditioning didn’t work and they only had a fan that was overhead that would turn off when I turned the lights off. So I couldn’t sleep because it was too warm. I had contacted the property and they didn’t get back to me or fix the fan during my stay. Also they didn’t allow me to store my luggage at the property before checking in or after checking out. It cost me nearly 60 euros to check my luggage and it wasted my time dragging my luggage around to find a storage place. It is not very hospitable or welcoming to deny this basic service and they should be ashamed.

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the Marais. The bed was comfortable enough, and the apartment worked well for a short stay, especially at the lower last-minute rate we paid when extending due to a change in transport plans.

The apartment requires maintenance and deep cleaning. The fridge did not cool properly even at the highest setting. The toilet splashed a noticeable amount of water when flushed and there was visible mould in the shower that should be addressed. The pillows were worn and flat. The fan was not working, although reception provided a video tutorial, there was no follow-up and we eventually gave up asking about it.

This place is a disaster - we stayed here in May 2025 and upon check in and here were a couple of the appalling service standards we encountered: (1) Extremely unhygienic place: 2 out of 4 of our pillows were outright smelly as if they haven't been washed in months and 2 of us in the group had to sleep without pillows the first night because it was already late when we checked in (we were a group of 4) (2) Things straight up don't work!: The day before we were checking out, the already ageing safe had broken down and our important documents (passports etc) were stuck inside! I'm here typing waiting for a response from them to come fix it but it has been an hour and no response yet so I'm not hopeful (3) Absent customer service: see point 2 above - no service desk and they are purely contactable by message or text only Avoid here unless you want a disaster of a holiday. You're better off anywhere else (maybe even the street is preferable)

A fair lodging if you're looking just for a sleepover

The main room was nice and elegant. Unfortunately, the second room was provided with a "room inside the room". It's only window overlooked the main room, offering a weird choice between sunlight and privacy. I don't think that's acceptable under any circumstances: people aren't mushrooms, they need sunlight.

The cooking stove didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work! All the food we bought hoping to cook, had gone bad by the next day! When we used the small washing hand basin sink in the bathroom, the water didn’t drain. There was no soundproof in the rooms, we were woken up early by the lady cleaning the next apartment to ours with so much banging and moving of furniture. You could literally hear everything going on in the next apartment. The apartment was tiny and we felt cramped up. No where to put our luggages. The balcony was barred by a board so you couldn’t even step out. The window was overlooking some roofs of the next building. Not a good sight at all. We had to check out of this property the next day and moved somewhere else. The worst part was when we reported all this to the management of this property and asked for a refund, they kept saying the manager will consider it and get back to us. This is despite the fact, they sent a technician that confirmed the fridge and the stove were not working! Up till now, no refund! This whole experience was a nightmare!!

Good location, the apartment was simply and efficiently furnished, clean, a refrigerator was available, free towels

The studio is quite overpriced. There are no free parking facilities, and upon arrival, we were surprised to find that we hadn’t received the entrance key in advance. It was also difficult to reach the host, which made for a rather unpleasant start to our stay. The first room has no window, which quickly makes the space feel stuffy. Additionally, there is no door between the two rooms—only a curtain—so you can hear everything at night. If someone needs to use the toilet, it disrupts everyone’s sleep. On the day we checked out, I realized I had forgotten my watch on the bed. I immediately contacted the host to ask if they had found it. I received a standard response saying they would look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. However, it’s now been two weeks, and I haven’t heard anything since. This feels truly unacceptable. As a guest, it’s frustrating to feel ignored. Clear and honest communication is far better than being left in the dark.

A group of friends travelling together who had originally booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 beds (1 couple and 2 mates) were advised just before check in that our accommodation had been changed to a location a 15 min walk from the original. We were given 2 rooms with double beds, the staff didn’t care that 1 set of travellers weren’t a couple. Replacement rooms were a bit tiny and we ended up having to fork out for a new room at a separate location. Staff communication was slow and inconsistent, they didn’t seem to care that they inconvenienced my friends and I. One of the replacement rooms had a blocked shower drain which was not rectified during our 4 day stay.

They change are room in middle off night we went there for weekend but next day we miss because we didn’t sleep! We went sleep on 5 in the morning! Was ridiculus bed was full of warms (Cimex lectularius) my wife was pregnet and shy hate warms !!!! I have lot of wideo en photos and conversation from manager !! Its unacceptable!!!

Perfect spot, great price

Lovely apartment in a great location. Didn't see any staff, but they were always quickly available online before we even arrived. Walking distance to most attractions and cafes etc. Lovely area to just wonder about. Everything we needed was there or easily available. Nice space inside, loved the big windows!

Fridge door a wee bit sticky (to open, not cleanliness issue) and would recommend keeping the cupboard where fridge is open or remove the door, as was very hot. Otherwise we had a great time here

Great Small Apartment in an Awesome Location

The Location is great with Restaurants and Bars close by. The Laundromat is across the road (very handy) and a awesome patisserie next door. The Key less entry and communication was easy. The shower and bathroom were nice and clean as was the whole apartment. It also has a small fridge and kitchen. Free fast WiFi is a bonus.

The Apartment is small and the photos are deceptive. It is a studio apartment with a extremely small extra bedroom with a set of bunks. It has very little room and would suit smaller children as our adult friend found it uncomfortable as she had to crawl into it. There is little room to sit as well. Air Con would also be great.

The property is centrally located. I love that it is located in the quite neighborhood of Rue de Archives. The place is also aesthetically pleasing, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was squeaky clean.

In general, I am happy with my stay and can recommend this place for staying.

The location is great! It has an elevator and in general building felt safe.

It has no air conditioner. It has a big window that you can open and a small rotation fan. But as it was so hot outside, the window and the fan couldn't help. Also, the connection with the stuff wasn't great. They would reply a day after the message has been sent, sometimes I need to ask them again the same question to get a reply.
