Good location.

Extremely disappointed with our stay here. Firstly, when we went to check in, the cleaner was still cleaning the room so we had to wait downstairs for 30 minutes until she was finished. When we arrived we noticed that there were long hairs on the bedding and towels which was not pleasant. During our stay the one shower for the apartment flooded. As we were showering we were only able to run the shower for 30 seconds before it started to overflow into the rest of the bathroom. We would then have to wait a further 30 seconds or more to let this drain eventually. As a group of 5 staying, this was extremely frustrating. We immediately told the host about this, and this was not properly fixed until our last day (stayed 4 nights). Two days into our stay, the host messaged (likely an automatic message) asking if we would like a change of sheets, bins emptied, and towels changed. Due to the flooding in the bathroom and having to clean this up with our towels, we of course said yes to towels. However, the cleaner never came as promised, which was disappointing. Another significant issue we had when staying was that the lighting system was set on timers which meant that almost all of the lights in the apartment would go off after 3 minutes unless you turned the switch on again in that space of time. This was extremely frustrating, as this meant we were constantly having to go back to the main light switch if we were doing anything in the bedrooms or dining room. This would not have been as big of an issue if the apartment had better natural sunlight coming in, however it was very dark during the day if the lights were not on. The fans were also attached to this system, so we were unable to have these running at night (staying early autumn so still warm). We raised this issue with the host after our first night, no solutions given. Overall, hosts communication was very poor. While they responded, it was usually with a different person each time and no solutions was given.
