The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 40 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue du Temple in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 3 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
A short stroll from the Place de la République and the southern edge of the Marais, this part of the 3rd arrondissement has a wonderfully unpretentious, neighbourhood feel. The area around Rue du Temple is full of independent cafés, wine bars and bistros that fill up with locals in the evenings, and the vibrant Marais is just minutes away on foot, with its galleries, boutiques, the Musée Picasso and the historic Place des Vosges all easily reachable. The Carréau du Temple, a beautifully restored 19th-century covered market now used for cultural events, sports and markets, is right in the neighbourhood.
The Centre Pompidou and the surrounding area of Beaubourg are a ten-minute walk, and the Île de la Cité and Notre-Dame are reachable on foot across the Seine. The Canal Saint-Martin is a pleasant walk north for those who want to explore a more laid-back, local side of Paris, lined with vintage shops, independent restaurants and Sunday picnickers. With excellent Métro connections via République, Temple and Arts et Métiers, getting around the rest of the city is effortless.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Amazing location, amazing old and cute building and the bed is comfortable, shower was also good during our stay. There was a fridge, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine. We arrived at night so the host met us to handover the keys, it was perfect for us.

A decent stay, apt. is clean, actual is as shown in photos, walkable to everywhere, and grocery store close. A few problems: 1. Couldn’t get TV to work (messaged w/text support for 5 days then gave up), 2. School next door – lots of loud noise (screaming) during recess so if working remotely would be tough – if you’re out sightseeing all day then no problem 3. Management refused to honor my booking agreement w/VRBO (via Expedia) – submitted proof from online booking that I should receive 50% back to cancel or modify my booking before Sept. 4 – they had my digital messaging receipts from Sept. 3 that I requested to shorten (modify) my stay from 6 nights to 5. They violated agreement by not offering me 50% back for the last (canceled) night, so I had to change my plans to stay the last night but it screwed up my itinerary. Very frustrating!
