Great location that has lots of potential.

Location, was great.

The entrance was not very welcoming with smasher inner class doors and a random smell. Lack of instructions for accessing internet and using the oven.

Lovely apartment in excellent location

The apartment is brilliantly located with the Montemarte area on your dorstep, plus excellent transport links to get aroound Paris. The propoerty is a good size and comfortable. We didnt really use the kitchen, but it looked fine. The shower room is really big by what I understand in Paris, with great water pressure. The room is light and airy and feels big too, especially with the living space off the bedroom area.

Some of the furnishing have been a little mistreated by guests and show signs of wear and tear. However, the apartment is clean and comfortable.

Family sightseeing stay

More space than anticipated, lovely fresh clean space, furniture and kitchen. Very secure entrance with two coded doors. Beautiful views from the double Juliet balconies. Staff super friendly and responsive by email. Perfect for families as there was enough space for child to play and unwind after a full day sightseeing! Lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby....and as of course the family favourite supermarket Carryfour for snacks is so close! A fed family is a happy family !!

lovely apartment in great area, but a couple of (resolved) issues with getting in

location is great, very close to the sacre couer and montmartre, very handy for several metro lines and supermarket.. the apartment is small, but smart, good bed, kitchen and bathroom

key handover was difficult. lots of conflicting messages about keyboxes and handovers, then we missed the final message meaning a wait for someone to come with a key. Entrance area is a bit shabby, and kitchen was missing some useful bits.

The pillows were too big. I had to sleep on the towel as there is no extra smaller pillow. The bed and bedding was nice though.

If you are looking for a quiet area, this is not it. If you are looking to be in the middle of every

the apartment is beautiful and has great space and layout. Very comfortable for each of us (mother & adult son) to have our own space. The 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was wheelchair accessible and the bathroom, shower and sink were really large in order to accommodate. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchenware needed to prep a meal. The room was very light and bright. The elevator very modern, as is the whole building. Lots of security for entry. Two balconies. Soundproof windows. This is the very center of lower Montmartre nightlife and the area is always hopping. If you are looking for a quiet area, this is not it. If you are looking to be in the middle of everything, this is it!

Comfortable place to stay in when you are visiting Paris. Close to all you need.

Location is close to amenities, Sacre Basilica, moulin Rouge. Close to tram, lots of bars, groceries and restaurants. Area feel safe to walk around even at nighy.

location was rough ... construction either side ..scaffolding blocking path... not impressed at all by this property

Very unorganised check in.... we had to run around to pick up keys ... construction either side of apartment ... vandalised lock box n graffiti ....left outside at 8pm with no one turning up with Keys ... could hear all noise at night in the adjacent park, and through the bathroom guests arguing upstairs ...

Clean, convenient and comfy!

We travelled with our two kids (ages 6 and 9) and the location was great for us. Close to the train station from the airport and Sacre Coeur. Had a great time and were very comfy there.

We had some difficulties finding the office due to the similarities of the street names so sharing a pin drop might be easier for tourists. But we got there and it was smooth from then on!

Great location, needs a little attention to details.

Good location between Pigalle and Anvers metrostations, Close to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur.

Shower head needs replacing. Had to call to find out wifi password No (tourist) information in the unit, that would be handy for first time visitors to Paris (last day found one tourist book on top shelf in cupboard).

Nice and simple apartment with good access to commute.

Easy to get to, not far from the main station, good connection to the tube system.

Bathroom wasn't clean, the shower and the cubicle were stained and dirty but other than that the accommodation was fine.

La rapidez con la que nos pudimos alojar ya que no teníamos reserva, en menos de 1 hora pudimos disponer de la vivienda y la cocina electrodomésticos estaban impecables.

muy sucio por fuera el edificio y el gran olor a pis que había al salir de la vivienda, luego una de las colchas tenia unas manchas de sucio no nos pudimos cubrir durante la estancia.

Volvería sin dudas

El barrio es hermoso, está muy cerca de la sacre coeur y de 2 estaciones de metro que conectan muy bien con las atracciones principales. Estaba muy limpio y bien decorado. Fuimos en invierno y estuvimos super calentitas en el piso. Los anfitriones siempre están pendientes y muy amables. Muchas gracias, fue una buena experiencia.

Nos costó regular la temperatura de la ducha. La entrada del edificio tiene olor a pis.

Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Le studio est charmant et bien situé au cœur d un quartier historique de la capitale. Malgré que le lieu soit vivant la nuit, je n ai pas été dérangé par le bruit par la bonne insonorisation. On peut faire ses courses à proximité et le métro est à deux pas.

Il faut faire attention à son sac dans le quartier.

Appartamento bello, però...

Locali puliti e spaziosi. Ottima posizione ai piedi di Montmatre. Il personale che ci ha accolto è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Scarico del lavandino della cucina otturato: nonostante il problema sia stato segnalato non è stato risolto durante i nostri giorni di permanenza. Ingresso comune al piano terra sporco e con un odore terribile: anche questo segnalato, ma non risolto.

Confortable et bien situé pour les touristes.

Bon emplacement, près. de Sacré-COeur et d'une station de métro. Malgré cela, l'appartement n'était pas bruyant.

On nous avait assuré la navette gratuite entre l'aéroport et l'appartement ce qui s'est avéré faux. Aucune communication ni excuse de la part des locateurs à ce sujet, pourtant c'était clair lors de la location sur le site de Booking. Je l'ai souligné à Booking et je demeure en attente d'une solution.

Uns hat es im Appartement gut gefallen.

Das Appartement hat eine zentrale Lage in Montmartre, die Metro direkt vor der Tür, nur wenige Meter nach Sacré Coeur, Die Einrichtung und Konzeption des Appartements ist gut durchdacht, schön und praktisch . Für uns zwei Personen reichte der Stauraum knapp aus, für vier Personen dürfte es eher eng werden. In der Küchenzeile waren die meisten Geräte vorhanden, nur wenige Untensilien haben wir ergänzt.

Das folgende soll keine Kritik sein, sondern eher eine Rückmeldung über Ambivalenzen: Die zentrale Lage am Boulevard Boulevard de Rochechouart hatte auch eine Kehrseite: Wir fanden es "nicht besonders ruhig". Auf dem Mittelstreifen des Boulevards gegenüber versammelten sich abends eine Gruppe junger Männer, deren Gespräche und Musik auch bei geschlossenen Isolationsfenstern noch hörbar waren. Zudem fuhren auch häufig Ambulanzen und Polizeiautos mit Sirene vorbei. Wie gesagt, das haben wir als Kehrseite der zentralen Lage gerne in Kauf genommen. Etwas ungewohnt fanden wir, dass es für das Haus kein Konzept der Mülltrennung gab, obwohl die Stadt Paris dies offensichtlich, zumindest im öffentlichen Raum, vorantreibt. Da es während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes durchgehend heiß war, fielen doch einige Mengen an Plastik-Wasserflaschen an, die wir gerne einem geordneten Recycling zugerführt hätten. Schließlich noch eine Bemerkung zur Schlüsselübergabe: Die Kommunikation mit CMG war für mich erst einmal etwas verwirrend, so dass ich bis zu unserer Ankunft nicht sicher wusste, wie wir in das Appartment hinein kommen. Im direkten Kontakt waren die Mitarbeiter des CMG-Büros aber äußerst zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Sie besorgten uns sogar einen zweiten Schlüssel, was die Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung unseres Aufenthaltes noch deutlich erweiterte.

Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.

Tout m'avait été expliqué clairement par téléphone au moment du check in: avec le code pour recupérer les clés dans boite extérieure de l'agence car je suis arrivée après 18h sur site (avec une petite appréhention quand même!) Mais tout c'est bien déroulé. La situation géographique était top avec l'agence pas loin et une bonne équipe à l'écoute.

J'ai reçu trop de mails qui ne correspondaient pas à ma situation: On m'a demandé plusieur fois l'heure de mon arrivée alors que je l'avais dit par tel et par mail. (et même le lendemain de mon arrvée!) J'avais différé mon départ en payant un supplément (2 jours avant de partir) J'ai bien reçu la confirmation par mail mais le jour du départ j'ai encore reçu un mail qui me disait de libérer la chambre à 10h alors se devait être à midi. Je pense que les mails automatiques ne sont pas mis à jour!!! Le fer à repasser ne fonctionnait pas. L'abattant des toilettes était très mal fixé! Fixation HS Les oreillers trop gros. Manquait quelques couteaux, fourchettes, petites cuillères,verres, assiettes ( pour 3 personnes c'était trop juste!), Micro-onde, une pelle et une balayette.

Très bon séjour je garde l’adresse

Idéalement placé dans le quartier de Montmartre 2 métros à proximité ( Anvers et Pigalle) Literie confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse L’équipe est très réactive pour faire de votre séjour un très bon moment

Il bagno spazioso e la vicinanza alla metropolitana

La pulizia inesistente. Mi meraviglio di chi ha scritto ottima pulizia. Il divano letto con macchie di pipì che per sederci sopra abbiamo usato un lenzuolo come copridivano. Ma mi veniva la nausea lo stesso. Non ho avuto il coraggio ad alzare il lenzuolo del letto per vedere il materasso in che stato era per paura di stare male. Non c'è una scopa o uno straccio per pulire. Solo un aggeggio non ben definito con sopra un kg di peli e polvere. Non ho osato toccarlo. Ho acquistato i panni per pulire il pavimento. All'arrivo il tavolo era sporco di cibo. L'ingresso sporco sporco. Credo non abbiano mai pulito l'ingresso, le scale o l'ascensore. Il culmine è stato quando alla consegna delle chiavi prima di andare via, la signora delle pulizie ha verificato se avevamo buttato la spazzatura. Incredibile! Si pagano 85€ per le pulizie e trovi tavolo sporco, il divano letto sporco sporco da buttare, i vetri mai puliti e ti vengono a controllare se hai buttato la spazzatura....!!!!

La ubicación, la calefaccion

Apenas llegamos se nos rompió el lavabo del baño. No tragaba agua, la válvula estaba totalmente atascada y no podíamos desatascarla. Cómo te cobran 500€ de depósito tampoco quisimos tocarla por si nos descontaban algo. Y nunca nos la han venido a arreglar. La comunicación fue mala, no respondían a tiempo y nos pidieron disculpas recién cuando nos fuimos. Estuvimos toda la estadía de 2 noches 3 días sin poder usar el lavabo. El check in es a las 16hs me parecio tardísimo, y te cobran 60 para hacer un "early" check in.

¡perfecto! Sitio precioso y bien comunicado.

La ubicación al lado del Sacre Cour. Una avenida concurrida y con comercios a pie de calle. Está decorado con muy buen gusto y lo más importante todo nuevo y no le falta de nada. Nosotros hemos viajado dos adultos y dos niños y hemos estado comodísimos. A mi me ha encantado, ¡sin duda volvería a repetir!

Lo que menos es que es una zona con bares y movida nocturna. Pero nosotros llegamos tarde una noche con los peques y no había mal ambiente. Todo correcto. Las ventanas están bien aisladas y no se escucha nada porque tampoco es tan concurrido.
