CMG Résidence Sacrée Coeur - Montmartre

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. The sleeping area has a large, comfortable bed, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room that opens into a full-size bed. There were three of us, and we had plenty of space and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom is spacious, and there are lots of mirrors throughout the apartment, which we especially appreciated! The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need. The only thing we couldn't find was a wine opener, but the staff at the café downstairs kindly opened our bottle for us. One of my biggest concerns before arriving was safety, but from the moment we checked in, I felt completely at ease. The building feels very secure, and the sound insulation is excellent. Even though there were other guests, it often felt as if we had the entire building to ourselves. The air conditioning works very well. During our stay (July 25–31), the weather was surprisingly cool on several days, so we hardly needed to use it. One of the best surprises was the location. As you leave the apartment and walk down the street, you'll reach a breathtaking view of Sacré-Cœur in just 5–7 minutes. There are also many excellent cafés nearby, and even the Moulin Rouge is within walking distance. Overall, this apartment is an excellent choice, whether you're traveling with family or with friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

location is SUPER central, apartment is very comfortable and big enough for 2-4 people. Kitchen was added bonus; airconditioning took a while to figure out but was VERY welcome in a heat wave! Supermarkets and takeaway close by too. Location feels very safe and is family friendly.

cleanliness was overall good but not perfect (we noticed some stray hairs in the bathroom). But this was a minor minor detail to an overall great stay.

Appartamento in posizione ottimale, pulito e con I confort necessari. Utile la possibilità di depositare i bagagli presso gli uffici dell'agenzia dove i ragazzi sono disponibili e molto gentili.

Un logement idéal pour 3 personnes, assez spacieux, on ne se marche pas dessus. La climatisation est fonctionnelle. Le quartier permet d'accéder rapidement à toutes les activités de la ville ! La salle de bains et propre et grande !

La procédure de remise des clés et d'échange avec les hôtes est un peu particulière. Pour les démarches (réparations et interventions) il y a plusieurs interlocuteurs différents et le suivi est difficile à assurer. Dommage que les interventions de rénovation soient programmées durant le sejour, ajoutant la contrainte de devoir rester quelques heures sur place dans le logement. Malgré tout l'ensemble du personnel à été disponible et compréhensif !
