Emplacement, propreté, réponse rapide lors de mon appel pour faire ouvrir à distance l'appartement (arrivée 1h avant l'heure indiquée, la personne zu téléphone a pu nous ouvrir à distance)
Le bruit du passage dans le couloir mais endroit calme dans l'ensemble.

L'emplacement était super, l'appartement est très agréable. Rien à dire. Le lit confortable. La communication avec l'hôte parfaite.

L’emplacement de l’appartement / qualité de la literie / espace dans l’appartement. Réactivité et amabilité de la conciergerie .
Gros manque d’entretien en général dans l’appartement. Évier de la salle de bain bouché , ducoup cela entraîne des mauvaises odeurs , mobilier de la SBD plus que usé, il serait bien de le changer . Pas d’eau chaude, pour donner la douche à deux enfants 4 et 7 ans ce n’est pas top . Le radiateur du séjour et de la chambre sont branlant et très poussiéreux , j’ai hésité à le laisser allumé le temps de notre sortie .
