Good base to explore Paris

Close to Place de Clichy, with a good choice of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, good base for exploring Paris. Family stay with 3 kids 11 to 16, plenty of room and easy walk to shops, train stations and main tourist sites, we had a great break.

Showers are looking a bit old, could do with cleaning or updating. Ground floor location with limited light as windows into courtyard.

No air conditioning, appartment was stuffy and humid. It was on the ground floor so sleeping with open windows wasn’t comfortable. Bathroom are connected to bedrooms and in both two bathrooms were fungus. I’m allergic so I had dyspnea and running nose. There was no toilet paper. Only adventage was very good location.

Séjour agréable, à proximité direct du centre de Paris.

L’emplacement, central et à côté du métro. La décoration de l’art, les deux chambres. Appartement dans la cour donc au calme.

Appartement au rdv assez humide. Les douches ont des fuites sur les joints et la porte. Pas de lave vaisselle.

Creo que lo unico bueno es la ubicación y los baños renovados

Usan una aplicación para gestionar la reserva que es todo un dolor de cabeza, no se actualizan y todo el tiempo te estan mandando mensajes de que no has pagado una fianza que cobran, yo preferí pagar el seguro de daños porque es una cosa o la otra forzosamente el seguro cuesta casi 75 euros y la fianza 800 (que se supone te devuelven dos semanas despues), yo pagué el seguro dos semanas antes de llegar para evitar la fianza y de todos modos todo el tiempo me molestaron con el tema de que debia la fianza, fue todo un dolor de cabeza. Está bien ubicado como otros 5000 apartamentos en París, si pueden evitenlo.

Difficoltà di comunicazione con l'host, sia per la ricezione della fattura (arrivata con dati errati) che per il check-in, reso farraginoso ma, di fatto, molto semplice. Pulizia dell'alloggio dozzinale, mancanza di attenzione nella fornitura di asciugamani (tre kit per cinque persone).

Obiekt bardzo ładnie urządzony, jest pełne wyposażenie kuchni z piekarnikiem i płytą indukcyjną, jest dużo łazienek, jedna z kibelkiem i prysznicem, jedna z samym kibelkiem i jedna z samym prysznicem, wszystkie mają lustra co przy ilości 6 dziewczyn bardzo się przydało.

Nie było do końca jakoś mega czysto, piekarnik był w środku brudny. Można by bardziej przyłożyć się do sprzątania ale nie przeszkadzało to jakoś mocno w pobycie w obiekcie i sobie poradziłyśmy.
