Good location but don't pay extra for the Terrace

Great location, and its good to have more space compared to a hotel room. Detailed instructions on how to find and access the apartment. Comfy bed and working aircon resulted in a good nights sleep.

I booked for the terrace which was disappointing - dirty, dead plants, old run down furniture, cluttered with broken clothes airers so we didn't end up using it at all. The shower was tiny and had no shelf for soap, shampoo etc, The dishwasher tray was missing wheels so was unusable.

Not a lot of time spent in the room, but quiet and the terrace was very nice!

Loved the location and the shower! The terrace was amazing! Area around apartment is clean and easy to access.

The “secure” hallway did not have electrical synced up… and had wires exposed. The hallways to the room smelled like sewage and at the bottom of the stairs there was a pile of trash about 15 bags high that was there from check in to check out during our stay, at the top of the stairs the lift for the room had exposed wires as well… there was mold in the shower and leaking water in the bathroom from a water tank it looked like they brought up to replace while we were checking out. Lots of mini charges you may have to look out for which was annoying when you travel. A small stain on anything will cost you $10+ per item so don’t wash your face……….

Hi have booked this place as a birthday gift for a couple of friends from Ukraine and their kids. Means that I did not stay myself in the apartment so can not comment What I can say however, is that on Booking, the company runing this place says no pre-payment The reality is that as soon as I confirmed the reservation, I have been harassed by mail, sms, and WhatsApp during two days with messages asking me to pay Then they debited my account for the deposit without warning me in advance Same scenario one day before departure : never ending messages asking me hour of departure of my friends Lastly, I had to ask them to reimburse the deposit They do not do it automatically In a nutshell: dreadful experience

The experience was OK overall. The heating was oddly difficult and responses were somewhat odd at times. I was able to get a hold of the host by calling. Though, I have been charged an extra amount that I am awaiting the return of.

close to most tourist attractions and major train station

had difficulty to find the place, there was no name board to recognize, taxi driver was trying to help finishing the place after circling around the area… ran out of hot water on the first day then we tried to manage somehow, apartment was bit small for family if 4 with baggages etc,

Location is great - near supermarkets, shopping, St Lazare train station, sightseeing spots, walking distance to Gare du Nord, walking distance to other landmarks like Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower, Lourve, Place de la Concorde, Seine etc. Instructions and communications with host before arriving was good as well, and whilst we were apprehensive about providing so much personal information before arriving, all seems ok to date. We had the deluxe apartment and are a family of 4 with 2 small children - the apartment was a good size for us and had most things a family of 4 would need. The shower was amazing and the apartment was clean.

This is the first accommodation we have ever stayed at where we needed to provide our own toilet paper, and I wish that was made more clear to us before arriving. Luckily there are two supermarkets very close by, but not ideal making the purchase of loo paper the first thing you do once arriving in Paris! We also think the glass coffee table was too large for the apartment, and it wasn't clear how or where the hosts expect you to put the table if you are using the sofa bed (which as a family, it was obvious we would need to be using sofa bed). Finally, I could never unlock the door - it was just too hard for me and my husband had to unlock it every time.

Cramped space, which was expected, but awesome location! Would recommend a 2 person stay

Great location and view from 6th floor balcony. Easy access to train, although we walked a lot. Lots of cafes and shopping close by. Market is just around the corner.

Upon arrival there were only 2 big towels and 1 hand towel in the apartment. No washcloths. Apparently, washcloths are an American thing. After messaging the host, I was informed there should have been a request for additional towels before arrival. Note the reservation was for 3 guest. None the less, we bought loofas and used the washing machine daily for towels.

Superb

The communication with the host was very comfortable, they have well-designed forms to receive my details and they answer quickly by Whatsapp - text or voice. The building is clean and in good condition, so is the apartment. You can see the routine of having guests is very established and everything is thought of. There are large windows, to have much of light, but also there are curtains. There is AC in both rooms, hot water in the shower, fully-equipped kitchen, sofa opens to comfortable bed. The location is creme de-la-creme of Paris - one block from central train station, restaurants, fashion stores, 5 min from Champs-Élysées

The place is small - there is minimal space in both rooms just to get by. The shower+toilet has access from both rooms (two doors), no locks - can be tricky for some guests.
