The location is fantastic right beside the saint lazare station so perfect for a few days to explore Paris. The apartment is spotless clean and has everything you need from a small fridge freezer to cleaning products. For location I would stay but only with 2 people and not the 4

It is quite small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and the finish is pretty cheap - the shower and toilet are separate rooms which are very small with slightly wider in a body width for each. There is work going on in the street outside and it's very loud early in the morning and you feel every vibration when they are working - I would have expected to be told about this at the time of booking or before we arrived. You also need 3 separate codes to get into the floor of the apartment and then you get a door key but you have to enter 3 different codes each time you are coming or going. We visited during a heat wave and the room does have a mobile AC unit but unless you sit in front of it it is practically useless but as I said it was a heat wave so wouldn't matter if it was at a different time if the year. The window needs to be open for the AC pipe to go out so it makes the building work even more noticeable.
