Great location in the middle of Paris

Although tight, this apartment packs a lot in, with a decent kitchenette, a little eating area, a bathroom and two double beds. The location is also fantastic, right near Galeries LaFayette in the middle of Paris, within walking distance of all the sites.

The TV is ancient. No streaming options and you can’t even use a USB preloaded with content. Time to get a new one guys! Also, not a criticism as such because it’s common for older buildings in Paris but something to understand in advance… this apartment is NOT for bigger people or people with mobility issues. The spaces - particularly the bathroom - are too tight.

Second double bedroom was incredible small to the extent that the bed touches both the top & bottom walls, one side of the bed has no room to stand by as it is so close to the wall & means the person on that side needs to clime over the other to get out of the bed. The only socket in the kitchen area for the kettle was at the back between two cupboards & as the kettle was not cordless you are likely to burn yourself on the hot kettle as you need to unplug it to be able to the kettle back out of the Cupboard . There were cobwebs on the hall light shade. Breakfast bar located in the first bedroom.

Great location! Staff were really great and wrote us before we arrived to see if we wanted to move locations due to some construction in the area and were very accommodating!

It was very hot due to no AC. Would be good to have a standing fan (there is a ceiling fan but still would be great to have more)

Annoyed in Paris for the first time !!!!!

Only the location

Everything literally it very narrow 2 connected rooms 20m , dirty, the door wasn’t opening no one checked back if we manage to enter the room,they never clean the room or add tissues or change towel despite several requests, the ventilation is not good u feel boiling in the room, the floor was oily, the property confirmed a refund of 10% due to construction that was going on in addition to all the above and till date we just get back and forth unnecessary clarifications about the bank details that was shared for more that 2 weeks now

Great location, clearness does not feel good

Location, how it's easy to access

cleanliness and tidying up. While the apartment looked clean from the first sight, I noticed someone's else hair in the bed, a lot of dust under the bed and, what is most important - someone's else drool on the floor next to bed. That was supposed to be my child's room, and it was disgusting

Great location, poor facilities and require maintenance

The location of the apartment is really good. 4-5 minute walk to Opera Garnier and Galleries Lafayette. Very safe area. Close to a metro station and bus stations for public transport.

The toilet flushers were broken. We asked the staff to come and fix it, they came but didn't really fix it. It was broken the whole time we were there. They gave us 1 toilet paper roll! We were a family of 4 people, and we stayed for 2 nights. There was no AC in the apartment, just ceilings fans, which were really loud. We didn't enjoy our stay at all. This apparent is nice only if you want a great location and travel all day and come back just for shower and sleep.

Was in walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions of Paris. Nice location as not too busy but also not too quiet

The fridge didn’t work, the space was a bit small aswell. Not much room to chill out inside the apartment.

Excellent located apartment with good facilities

Looked like the photos. Windows opened fully which I appreciated when it was warm. It also had a kettle and kitchen was quite well equipped.

There were some areas which could do with touching up-a few damp corners and some rough painting but nothing serious.

A mini kitchen, very handy. A mini fridge, handy too. Bed was nice, bathroom was good but tiny. Very good price for the location. I travel to this location every now and then, and will book this one again now that i know there is a mini kitchen even.

The hallways were a little small. The room was a bit too warm when I arrived. Wifi code was different and took some time to find (on the door).

Location

Misleading didn't have 2 bedrooms. It had 2 beds but very little space for a family of 4. Very thin walls could hear next door as if in same room.

Had a pleasant stay.

The location was great. Easy to get to a couple of different metro stations. Two fans were provided, which was nice for the warm evenings. The room was clean. Bedding, towels, shampoo, dishes, etc were all supplied. There is a small elevator if your bags are heavy or your feet are tired.

The room was smaller than we expected but was adequate for what we needed. There were 4 of us in a one-bedroom, two bed apartment. It is good for a short stay (3 days), I would prefer something larger for a longer stay.

Central, quiet, nearby food market and deli's, comfortable, everything you need for a short stay.

The location was very good, the Street quiet and the apartment was clean and well equipped for our needs. We knew it was quite small, but didn't quite envisage us snacking on one of the double, very, comfortable beds - although there was a little breakfast shelf and 4 chairs! We never spoke to, or saw our hosts, but they were very good at messaging us through the Booking.com site. All in all a successful trip.

There were 3 key codes to for access. The middle door was difficult to open and we thought we had the wrong code, but we soon adapted with a bit of strength! The main thing I think should be addressed, is access to the overhead cupboards in the kitchen. We are only 5' and 5'1", and there were no safe chairs or stools to help us reach. Also it would be great if the TV had some English Channels or subtitles but hey, we were in Paris and most out exploring. Talking of which, it would have been useful to have some leaflets in the apartment for the rail networks and attractions, but the French people were so kind and helpful everywhere, we soon found our way. The outside of the beautiful building needs attention, a bit of paint and TLC on the lovely doors.

Very poor

The location is quite perfect, close to Opera and the Metro is close. The huge plus is a storage room right next to the hotel.

At first sight, you could think that the room is clean, but once you stay there, the dirt on the bedsheet and even on the walls are visible. The floor is disgustingly dirty. The room itself is too small, and a person barely moves. If the neighbours are cooking, all the smell will be in your room.

The stay, which could be nice, was spoiled because we had to wait 1,5 hour to get a door code.

Dear Booking.com, It was a drama to get into the property on the evening of our arrival ( 23-10-2022). I informed WS Opéra per mail at 12:20 that we already arrived to Paris and asked to send me the door code. No reaction from the property. When we were standing for the closed door at about 18:00 that day I called the property and they told me, that the credit card was not updated. It was not true and I sent the copy of update confirmation to the property. After that the property sent a payment link which did not work. I called property again and asked for the new link and also ask them to send me the door code immediately after payment. They confirmed that it wil be done. I made the payment immediately, but the door code was not sent. Then I starting to call the proper again and NOBODY picked up the phone for about 1,5 hour!!!!! I was standing for the closed door with 2 very tired children and the youngest was was crying... The child thought that we must drive back to Holland because we do not have a place to sleep. After 30-40 minutes the neighbours went outside and asked what happend. I explained the situation to them and they started to call the property also. Also another customer of WS Opéra was waiting all these time outside without the door code. After 40 minutes of calling the neighbour has finally reached the property and after that the door code was sent. It was 19:18 than I finally get the door code!!!!!!!! The child was crying and I had a lot of pain in my back because of standing on one place uitside for the closed door for 1,5 hour. I kindly ask you to pay 50% of the price which was paid for the 2 night stay as a compensation of this situation. The customers can not be treated like that!!!!!!!! We could not get a door code for 1,5 hour. Nobody picked up the phone! We were standing outside for the closed door with 2 children. It was getting darker and the children were crying.

Location of the apartment was OK, nice neighbourhood

We reserved apartment with 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children for 3 days with breakfast, but there was NO BREAKFAST at all. I asked for the refund for breakfast but no answer from manager. Apartment is very small.
