The staff was excellent in helping with anything that we needed. We spoke very little French, but they understood and gave us information that would help us enjoy our stay as a tourist and keep us safe. Marvelous service!!

Great location . The hotel has only one small lift fits max 4 persons. Needs a better one .

Our deluxe room on the 6th floor was very spacious - twice the size of what we had in London a few days before. It was exactly as pictured online. it was very quiet as well.
Lots of closet and shelving space.
Breakfast each morning had great selection of hot and cold food. Americanos made fresh by the staff to order -très magnifique!
We walked everywhere and always felt safe (I mention that for the people we met at cafés who always seemed to ask). We will definitely book here again.
