Area is perfect. Close to metro, bus, train station, a lot of restaurants, bakery, feels save. Apartment is small as its mention in the offer, but it has everything what u need for short stay. The owner is kind and respectful. He answers very fast. Gives clear directions how to get to the studio. Hairdryer is very good, the fridge cools fine. Many lights.

Cleaning - hairs in the fridge, under the shower, on the head of the shower. No microwave which is on in the offer. Even after when the owner confirmed that it will be there. Equipment in the kitchen - no bowls or deep plates, non compatible frying pan to the cooker. Wifi didn't work in any of our phones. I didn't take it with the owner, because I didn't want to waste my time in Paris for fixing things in the flat. The sofa is very hard, but I belive that is not easy to find sth for small space. The main bed is very comfortable. Small things to fix and it will be perfect!

Location was close to many places and walking distance to metro

Very small, only suitable for 2 people at most. No TV , no microwave. Not good for anything except sleeping. No air conditioning so was very hot. Linens rundown and not much for kitchen and kind of oddly set up. Basically a room that’s not big enough for the two beds.
