MBA - Cavalloti Splendide Appartement

The location is very central and well connected. The apartment was comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen and white goods were available. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Wardrobes were perfect for clothes. The basement floor was naturally cool despite the heatwave outside. Great value for money!

The outside temperature was 35 degrees celsius. Three fans were working of which one pedestal fan was useful, a tower fan sort of blowed some air and a second tower fan worked with a heavy rattling noise that we couldn't use it. The latter was reported to the owner via the WhatsApp number given but there was no response. There was an air cooler available, but it did not blow any cold air even with the ice packs provided and was too tiny to cool the ground floor. So, it would be ideal if the owner takes care of the inside temperature regulation particularly on the ground floor when outside temperature goes above 30 degrees celsius to make the stay comfortable for people. We understand that most buildings in Paris do not have air conditioners, but strong pedestal fans in all rooms at least in the ground floor will make a huge difference (note that the basement floor was naturally cool, which is great even during heatwaves!)

La casa è dotata di ogni confort, arredata bene in una zona tranquilla abbastanza vicino alla metro di Place de Clichy. Molto vicina al Moulain Rouge a poca distanza dalla bellissima zona di Montmartre. Ho chiesto di posticipare il check out e sono stati molto disponibili ad accontentarmi.

Unica nota negativa, nella stanza di sotto c'era un leggero odore di fogna.

De locatie was top (vlak bij Montmartre en metro). Ook het inchecken via codes en sleutel verliep prima. De indeling van het appartement was ook helemaal goed. Heel goed voor gezin van 5.

De hygiëne in de badkamer beneden viel tegen. De badkamer is moeilijk te verluchten waardoor er veel schimmel in de douche stond. Dit was heel onaangenaam.
