Great location, and good value It’s basic and small but in line with what was expected and comfortable

All in all, it fitted what we needed. Fab location, accomodation itself was good enough for price.

Location was excellent - lively area, very close to Liege metro. Easy to get around. Bars, restaurants and shops just outside. Perfect location for our stay.

We had a ground floor flat and heard every single person coming in and out of the main door. Flat had a musty smell and towels were very small. Sofa not comfortable.

Conclusion for a couple with two children is ok but no more tha three adults no space to move

The location.

The rooms were way too small for five people.Even if they meant to host 6 people as well,we had to stand by turn every time because it was not possible to stand more than two people at once .The toilet you could barely sit.The sheets were dirty.You could hear the people talking from the street despite we were on the 7th floor.

However, the apartment was very small, i expected it to be abit more bigger, definitely not for 3 people. no wardrobe in the apartment. and the sauna does not even work properly, it’s just there for decoration.

Apartment 1: extra noisy- next to the entrance to the building. Very loud clanking front door and able to hear every person passing by and groups coming into the building till well past midnight. Noisy beds and tiny bath towels.

Bedbugs! Bedbugs! Bedbugs! Ex-shop ground floor tiny room

Bedbugs - avoid if you dont want to be bitten by bedbugs. Difficult to find where the property was as shown pictures were for the flat upstairs window

Bedbugs! My hands and leg was bitten! It was on the ground floor ex-shopfront, too cold room, the main bed was too small for one person and two small kids, the sofa was short and couldn't be stretched to fit a person, too noisy as people were walking right next to the living and bedroom, towels were too thin and small for the bathroom, bed cover was terrible, the square pillow was extremely tainted and dirty, the entire place seemed unhygienic, wifi didn't work, far too many issues with this property and extremely low standard room to be listed on booking. Very disappointed. The need to fumigate and remove all the bedbugs!

Extremely disappointing experience – would never recommend. We had a truly unpleasant stay. Despite booking and paying for cleaning services, no cleaning was done at all during our visit. Basic amenities like paper towels and napkins were not provided, and no one responded to our repeated calls or requests. The staff were unhelpful and quite rude—on the rare occasion we could even find someone available. We booked an apartment clearly stated to accommodate 5 people, but it was extremely cramped and far from what was advertised. The whole experience felt misleading and frustrating. I will never book here again and strongly advise others to avoid this property if you value your comfort, time, and money.

Everything was so bad 😔 nothing good except the location. The elevator was so small and we hardly got our luggage inside, and it was dirty and garbage closer to it. Horrible. Staff was unprofessional, did not send codes for room and then sent wrong code and made us wait nearly an hour

Location wasn’t bad. Close to the train stations

First of all, there was no sign outside. The name of the building had a different hotel name. Second, there’s no one there and the whole system and process is extremely confusing. Third, our check in technically started at 3pm but we told them we’d get there a bit later closer to 5pm. The rooms need a code to get in. It was their job to make sure we had the code at 3pm if not prior but they waited until we got there after 5pm and asked them for it. This was incredibly unprofessional. It should’ve been sent when our check in time (3pm) started. Also, our code did not work. They took a bit to respond every time so for over 20-30 mins we were standing in front of our rooms in the heat since there’s no AC in the hallway trying to get in. They then sent someone and he tried the code multiple times and wasn’t able to make it work as well. Completely ridiculous. They finally changed the code and reset it and then we were able to get in. The room isn’t all that much. Looks pretty run down and there were bugs. Horrible experience. Something like this would be like $50 max in the US and they’re charging like $200 a night for this. Don’t book unless your only other option is sleeping outside and honestly maybe even take your chances with that

Ground floor apartment. People kept sitting on the windowsill by our room until midnight and talking loudly. There was no housekeeping. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Bed and sofabed were uncomfortable. Not enough towels. They charged to replace toilet paper.

The air conditioner was not working properly. They advertised the room with AC but it would just barely blow cool air and the thermostat kept turning off. When I asked for assistance they said it was just hot outside. If it cannot handle the heat outside then you should not advertise air conditioning for your rooms.

They clean out all condiments for each stay so no residual for cooking. but there was three stores within a block and great boulongerie.

Central location, reasonable price

The location is very central, near metro stations (liege and saint Lazare), Walking distance from opera , supermarket (monoprix and franprix) and bakeries. The staff is available on site during the day and also by phone on evening and night. We had a problem in the bathroom and they took care immediately. In the last day we had a problem with the code for open the door of the room, we phoned them and they help us.

The place is very small. for a family of 5. It's hard to understand that from the pictures. but the rooms are very small. But for the price we paid it was reasonable

Acomodação é uma loja adaptada para uma hospedagem. Fica praticamente na rua, calçada com passeio de pessoas durante a noite e dia inteiros, carros de serviços (lixeiro)na madrugada com barulho intenso. Nada privado.

Consigliatissimo!

Bel monolocale situato in una posizione buonissima a due passi a piedi dalla metro. Ampio soggiorno, camera da letto con materasso comodissimo e due docce di cui una nel bagno e una in camera da letto. Durante il soggiorno si è bloccato il sistema di riscaldamento e, non appena segnalato, in pochi minuti sono intervenuti per risolvere il problema. Il prezzo non è basso ma in linea con i prezzi di Parigi.

Il bagno un po’ piccolo.

Séjour dans un quartier proche de toutes commodités et facile d'accès.

L'emplacement était parfait avec un accès très facile ! Dans l'ensemble le logement correspondait aux attentes, nous étions 4 et le séjour s'est bien déroulé. Cependant, je pense que ce logement est parfait pour 2 !

Le canapé convertible n'était pas vraiment en bon état et peu confortable. Je pense qu'il faudrait le remplacer par un neuf plus confortable. Il y avait une machine à café mais aucune dosettes n'étais mises à dispositions, c'est dommage ...

Tenía el código de entrada y de la puerta pero no me dieron el número de apartamento así que tuve que llamar siendo muy tarde con la incertidumbre de que me cogieran el teléfono estando fuera de horario, y cogieron :) así que pudimos entrar sin problemas.

La calefacción no funcionaba y pasamos bastante frio la primera noche, porque además al llegar la ventana estaba abierta. Al día siguiente por la tarde nos trajeron un radiador eléctrico.

Det var veldig god komunikasjon med personalet. De svarte fort på alle spørsmål. Liten rom, men den hadde alt som vi trengte. Nær til metro stasjon, restauranter og butikker, men det var ganske stille og vi hørte ingenting fra gata. Sengene var gode.

Heis virket ikke og vi var på 4.etasje. Det var ganske trang på toalettet.
