L'emplacement

Excelente ubicación, al pie de la línea 13 del metro y muy próximo de la estación de Saint Lazare. Incluso se puede llegar caminando a sitios emblemáticos de París. Comercios y restaurante alrededor. Apartamento pequeño pero suficiente para una familia de 4. Bien equipado globalmente, hay lo necesario para pasar varios días, incluso en la cocina. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

La insonorización podría ser mejor, se escucha caminar en el piso superior, pero si el resto de huéspedes es respetuoso (fue nuestro caso) la estancia es agradable. El baño es pequeño. Se echa en falta un mueble para colocar la ropa.

Le bruit et les cloisons sont très fines. Certains voisins ne respectent pas les heures calmes (22h00 / 8h00)

Great location, crazy close to the Metro and one stop away from a main hub on the metro. Bed was comfortable, which I like a somewhat softer bed. The bathroom was nice, facility itself was good.

I booked this because it had air conditioning. Little did I know it would be limited to 19 degrees (which NO WAY that was 19 degrees) and the system has an auto shut off after something like 4 hours. We were NOT made aware of this, either. So, it was sweltering hot and we suffered all night. There was only a comforter on the bed (albeit a nice one), but it was SO HOT. No top sheet. I had to sleep naked with the fan on (thankfully they have fans) and a cold wet washcloth on me all night. All three nights it was like this, even after complaining. This is RIDICULOUS and NOT what was promised. I expect to be cool or at least not sweltering if I book a place with A/C. The rooms also have a weird thing with glass between them. You have to close the curtains between rooms and still I was kept up by my friend's light being on when I was ready for sleep. WHY there is glass there, I have no clue. The other big issue is the couch is... unuseable. It doesn't stay closed, the cushions won't stay on? Very odd. There are barn doors only, so it wasn't all that private, either between the bedrooms. If I was with a partner, it would have been very irritating and not private enough between the rooms.
