Not worth the price AT ALL.

Bathroom was clean!

Looks NOTHING like the photos and definitely not worth the price. You’re 100% better off staying at a hotel. Pillows are HORRIBLE and the sofa bed was the worst sleep I’ve ever had. Wi-Fi might as well have been non existent… had to do all my work using hotspot with my mobile data. Contacted reception about this and they suggested nothing useful at all.

very nice place and very clean, the rooms were smaller than expected however it worked nicely as it was only 2 of us staying in the room, They have larger rooms avaliable for bigger parties and i imagine they are just as nice.

Room was very cold and the electric heater struggled to fully heat the room up, however we did stay in the middle of winter and it wasnt bad enough that it was causing real discomfort

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on as it creaked a lot. The kitchen was not fully equipped, as there was no sharp knife. The walls were very thin, and you could hear every single movement from the neighbors.

Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Cozy and quiet apartment tucked into the 17th arrondisement, easily accessible, management was prompt to respond to any concerns during their posted hours and even helped me check in a little early. Lots of little details like a combo washer/dryer (dryers are rare in Europe!) and a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning helped make this a delightful stay.

The layout of the bathroom wasn't quite desirable but totally could be worked around.

Super clean and affordable studio in Paris!

Super clean studio, fully equipped kitchen, great shower and comfortable bed. Checking in was super easy with codes and very easy remote communication with the host.

Based on the pictures we got a smaller and less bright studio then expected, but it matched the price. Location a bit far from the centre and didnt feel very safe at night outside in that neighborhood. It would have been nice if the kitchen had basics like salt, sugar, maybe a little oil so not every new guest has to buy all that. Also more coffee&tea would have been nice, but these are no complaints, just feedback.

Looks pretty but not really comfortable

The apartment looks nice, the location is not too far from gare du Nord, everything was clean, quite spacious, self checkin/checkout

It was noisy in the middle of the night, every 5 minutes something was making noise around 2am, very few windows: 1 bedroom has only windows to other room, other bedroom has tiny window in the wardrobe and living room has only window in the ceiling. The sofa in the living room is too soft. Checkout is a bit early (11am)

The property doesn’t have parking so you have to pay for parking spots in the street or in a parking garage.

El aire que no funcionaba no pudieron dar la alternativa y hacia bastante frío. El horario de silencio no se respectaba. Hubo Música Alta y charlas a los gritos hasta las 4 am

Faltaban cubiertos y vajilla para la cantidad de gente. En la mesa habían solo 4 sillas y alquilamos para 5. Las verandas no podían abrirse Alquiler 2 depts Entrena consecutive. Me confirmaron qué podiamos coordinar check out con checkin pero fue mentira y no me avisaron. Fue casi imposible comunicarse con alguien para ver sonde dejar las maletas

Très mauvais !

À C’est Nous avions réservé pour trois nuits. Malheureusement, dès la première nuit, une fête a eu lieu dans l’appartement jouxtant du nôtre, rendant impossible tout repos pendant toute la nuit. Les personnes ont finalement été expulsées et le concierge nous a assuré qu’il resterait vigilant sur les trois nuits afin de garantir notre confort. Pourtant, deux heures plus tard, le logement d’à côté a été reloué à une famille avec des enfants qui claquaient les portes en permanence, au point de nous réveiller à 8 h du matin le lendemain ce qui montre une fois de plus que l’immeuble a une problème fonctionnelle et que les appartements sont excessivement mal insonorisés rendants tout repos quasiment impossible. Ce qui devait être un week-end reposant s’est transformé en un week-end stressant, ponctué d’appels pour se plaindre et de messages pour signaler des problèmes, y compris dans l’appartement lui-même. Ce logement a été une contrainte plus qu’autre chose. De plus, le concierge s’est permis de remettre en cause nos propos, sous prétexte que nous souhaiterions nous faire rembourser, ce qui est totalement faux. Nous avons été contraint de quitter cette location au bout de la deuxième nuit afin de poursuivre notre séjour dans des conditions acceptables, l’insonorisation étant inexistante et le respect du calme totalement absent de la part des autres occupants de l’hôtel. De à plus, nous avons entrepris des démarches afin d’obtenir le remboursement de la nuit que nous n’avons pas effectuée, en raison du bruit insupportable. L’hôtel refuse catégoriquement de nous rembourser cette nuit pourtant déjà payée, alors même qu’elle aurait pu être relouée sans difficulté. Nous sommes étudiants, et ce manque total de considération et de compréhension est tout simplement scandaleux et honteux de la part d’un établissement de commerce. Je déconseille très fortement cet établissement à toute personne souhaitant se reposer et passer un week-end tranquille.

Logement bruyant

La taille du logement est idéal pour 2 personnes.l organisation d arrivée est claire, elle se fait via WhatsApp et tout est très bien indiqué. A moins de 10 min de la station de métro.

Il s' agit d' un immeuble exclusivement Air B&B.Nous avons passé 2 nuits à entendre les soirées dans les chambres, les courses dans les couloirs. Impossible faire une nuit complète sans un bruit. Il serait opportun compte tenu du nombre d appartement de mettre une surveillance la nuit.

la situation géographique et la literie

l'isolation des fenêtres est HORRIBLE. Aucun de nous 6 avons bien dormi tellement nous entendions le bruit extérieur (voitures, ramassage des poubelles et même les passants qui parlaient...comme si l'appartement avait les fenêtres grand ouvertes). il manquait du matériel de rangement et de cuisine mais ca nous a pas trop gêné car nous avons seulement dormi dans l'appart.

In de douche een rekje om bad spullen op te doen . Kon nergens mn zeep etc kwijt. En de slaapkamer boven heeft bij het raam veel schimmel. Dat moet wel upgedate worden
