Great apartment for exploring Paris

The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location is easy for exploring Paris, with the metro just over the road. The beds were comfy, the facilities were modern and we would happily stay here again.

Very new accommodation, clean and modern. Airconditioning is very pleasant during warm weather. Soundproof windows, so quiet during the night. Clear communication with the servicedesk before and during the stay.

Lovely Parisian flat with air con

The flat was beautiful, very clean with daily housekeeping which was a surprise treat. The air conditioning was amazing during the heatwave. The beds were comfortable even the sofa bed and the apartment well equipped so we could cook and eat in during our stay. There were a couple of things that needed attending to and the team were quick to respond via messaging. The area was good, it was lively with local bars, shops and restaurants but not loud, just lots of local people so it felt like you were away from too many tourists.

The main door to the apartment block often didn't open and we had to do the code many times to get in. Once I was stuck outside and someone who lived there used a key fob to get us in and said it often got stuck, so providing the key fob would be a great idea. I think the biggest improvement Pick A Flat could make would be to put each apartment as a separate listing so you could see the pictures for the flat you are getting beforehand. Our apartment was beautiful but we had no idea which one it would be.

Appartement qui manque d insonorisation. On entend tout à l intérieur, aussi bien les voisins et bruit de chaises, conversations, flux de gens incessant dans les escaliers qui grincent. Porté d entree du bâtiment qui grince à chaque fois qu elle est claquée. Appartement qui donne sur avenue de clichy très passante, bruits de ramassage ordures à 6h du matin. Bref Appartement qui semble impeccable mais qui ne l est pas. Moisissures dans salle de bain et très poussiéreux sur lampe et boiseries. Passez votre chemin. Impossible de dormir et literie canapé lit affreuse

Unprofessioneller Service, widersprüchliche Infos und ein nicht richtig gereinigtes Apartment

Apartment ist modern und gut ausgestattet.

Wir sind in Paris angekommen und wollten vorzeitig unser Gepäck im Apartment abstellen. Laut Kundenservice war das möglich. Vor Ort haben wir das Reinigungsteam getroffen, den Schlüssel aus der Box genommen, die Koffer hineingestellt und sind spazieren gegangen. Kurze Zeit später wurden wir angerufen, dass wir den Schlüssel sofort zurücklegen müssten, damit das Reinigungsteam Zugang habe – obwohl in den offiziellen Anleitungen ausdrücklich steht, dass die Reinigungskräfte über einen separaten Zugang verfügen und der Schlüssel nur beim Check-out zurückgelegt werden muss. Auch das Reinigungsteam selbst hat uns nicht drauf aufmerksam gemacht. Trotzdem wurden wir mehrfach aufgefordert, zurückzufahren und die Kosten selbst zu tragen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir bereits in der Nähe des Eiffelturms und mussten extra wieder zurückfahren – völlig unnötig und unzumutbar. Abends, als wir dann ins Apartment gekommen sind, war nicht alles richtig gereinigt. Auf dem Balkon lag noch Unterwäsche von vorherigen Gästen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Appartamento molto pulito (biancheria come in hotel con lenzuolo e sotto lenzuolo sui letti) e ben fornito (lavatrice, aspirapolvere, tostapane, macchina per caffè, asciugacapelli). Ottimo servizio di pulizia anche quotidiana se si desidera.

Per 4 persone è strettino ma per pochi giorni noi siamo stati bene lo stesso.

Appartement idéal pour une petite famille de 4 ou 2 couples d’amis

Appartement très beau très propre, climatisé à 2 pas de la ligne 13 du métro . Il est très bien équipé . Le quartier est richement doté en snacking, épiceries, boulangeries, supermarchés… la ligne 13 permet un accès direct aussi bien au stade de France qu’aux champs Élysées … hôtes très réactifs qui prennent des nouvelles régulièrement. Service de ménage journalier
