Good location, great restaurants around. Apartament has comfortable beds and nice bedrooms overall.
The owner warns about noise from nearby venues that stay open late, but this could be avoided if the windows were properly sealed. It would be enough to repair them so that they fit tightly against the frame.

The location is good, not too far from several Metro/tram lines, with many stores and good restaurants nearby.
Entering and leaving were easy, with keys in a box.
The appartment was clean and rather functional (in a "small hostel room" style).
Small appartment, absolutely no noise isolation from the street and the rest of the building (the frames of the window in the bedroom street-side should really be fixed to improve that). The comforters were much too small for the beds
The small table and its position in the cranked main room makes it hard to sit at 4 together. This may not be a hard problem if you're always eating outside, even for breakfast. Thankfully, this is really possible in this area.

Location was ideal. We used Uber alot during our trip as we had many things to squeeze in during our short trip to Paris, but I'm sure the metro was pretty close from memory, so no issues getting to it if that's your choice of transport
We loved everything. Honestly, we hit really lucky with this apartment
