Vraiment bien situé

J’avais bien lu qu’il y avait l’ air climatisé et il y avait 2 ventilateurs, avec la chaleur cela a été plus difficile

Great location outside of the hyper touristy areas but well connected with 2 metro lines only a few blocks away. Plenty of bistros, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The apartment has a quirky layout with an open space bedroom/bathroom which is not for everyone but we liked it. It's a lived in apartment so there's a lot of personal touches and literally everything you would need for either a long term or short term stay. The building has an adorable tiny elevator which the kids loved Staff was also super resonsive and helpful with all of our needs

We visited in the peak of the summer. As mentioned in the listing, like most of Paris, the place has no AC. That being said, it has quite nice natural ventilation so it's quite pleasent for the most of our stay, but during the hottest days (like 35C and higher), you will wish for an AC. Some furniture is quite old and probably needs replacing.

L'appartamento in un quartiere residenziale con tutti i servizi a disposizione. Le stanze erano pulite e con tutti i comfort.

La mancanza del bidet ma in quasi nessun appartamento è presente.

Beautiful traditional apartment with good facilities. Excellent location in a lovely area, with plenty of restaurants. Close to the metro for access to central Paris.

This is not a criticism, but please be aware that the bath/shower is within the master bedroom. You also have to walk through the spare bedroom to get to the master bedroom. The WC is separate and by the apartment entrance. Because of this, in my opinion, the apartment is perfect for a couple, or family with 1 or 2 young children.
