Nothing wrong!! We probably had noisy neighbours cause you could hear them from above. The only thing is that the shower, the water was dripping a lot. It was such a waste. But in total it was a 10 out of 10.

It is located in a great area, very close to the metro stop, but not near Champs Elysees as advertised, which is 20 mins away. The only toilet is down steep and slippery stairs. Not good for night time visits. Missing tea towels!

We enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us.

The property had everything you needed. Location is close to supermarket and metro stations, a lot of different restaurants, park next to the apartment. Also, 20 minutes by uber to get to the center of the tourist area. I would recommend.

It needs to have more then one garbage bag, a special when people stay more then one day. That was the only inconvenience. But it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Pretty good

Location - close to subway, can walk to groceries bakeries etc. quiet Comfortable

Tv did not work. We emailed the host twice and left a voicemail. Never received a reply. It was hard for my younger children to unwind and relax with nothing to do It was fine for us but washrooms is downstairs so if mobility issue this would not be a good choice. We also had to buy toilet paper as they only provide 2 rolls.

Paris was great, this place was not

The location was great. The video link they sent on how to get in was helpful. We walked to the Arc de Triumph and up to Sacre Couer. There is a park within a block and two Metro stations within about 4 blocks. All kinds of places to eat in the neighborhood. The location is easily the best thing about this booking

I've never left a negative review, so I'm not sure where to start. My booking.com messages went unanswered the entire time we were there. The glassware was far from clean. The bathroom is downstairs with a dank and dingy smell. You can deal with the smell, but you can't deal with the shower that leaks all over the bathroom - picture an 1/8 inch of dirty shower water in most of the bathroom most of the time. We had to use half our towels to try to stop the shower from flooding the bathroom. 5 of us had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights. My requests to fix the leaky shower and for basics like toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies of any kind went unanswered. We had to go buy our own toilet paper, which at the price you are paying, is ridiculous. My request for compensation for the basic supplies we had to buy went unanswered. The lock to the front door is quite finicky and difficult to deal with (sounds petty, but it was truly a pain). I'm positive you can find a better place. Paris, though, was awesome.

wonderful stay and my kids already said they want this flat when we go again! I agree!!

we truly felt like we had a home in Paris. we loved our stay. the kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to make meals in the flat. we had a lot of room. the shower is very luxe! and the appliances are all very good and work well!

nothing really! the only thing I might note is to have more wall hooks, especially in the bedrooms and in the entryway for coats and such. but that’s so minor :-)

Shower only had enough hot water for one four minute shower. We had to use bowls of hot water from the kitchen to bathe. Not great when there are six of you.

Catastrophique

L’emplacement (malgré qu’il ne soit pas du tout proche des Champs Elysées, c’est une nouvelle tentative d approche)

Séjour de 48h. Expérience catastrophique. L’appartement est idéalement situé, mais c’est le seul point positif. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un logement vétuste, très mal entretenu et dangereux, absolument pas conforme aux photos ni à la description. La salle de bain est située au sous-sol, donc impraticable aux personnes handicapées ou avec des difficultés de mobilité. De plus insalubre, avec des joints cassés et noirs, une paroi de douche abîmée, et une fuite permanente. La sécurité enfant installée en bas de l’escalier était complètement cassée, donc inutile. Le disjoncteur à côté du plan de travail était exposé, ce qui est extrêmement dangereux. Le ménage était insuffisant : aspirateur qui n’aspire rien, cuisine sale (notamment l’étagère avec les prises), lits bâclés. L’étendoir était cassé, inutilisable. La machine à laver était déjà en panne à notre arrivée : porte impossible à fermer, impossible de lancer un cycle. Nous avons dû aller à la laverie. Et malgré cela, l’hôte a tenté de nous réclamer 450 € pour une “casse” que nous n’avons pas causée, alors que l’appareil était simplement défectueux, comme beaucoup d’éléments du logement. Une tentative abusive que nous avons évidemment refusée. Nous avons l’habitude d’accueillir des voyageurs et de gérer des locations : nous savons ce qu’est un logement entretenu. Ici, une grande partie des équipements sont vieux, cassés ou non fonctionnels, ce qui rend l’expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement, ni pour le confort, ni pour la sécurité, ni pour le sérieux de l’hôte.

דירה חמודה מאד במיקום נוח, קרוב לכמה תחנות מטרו. אהבנו את המטבח המאובזר שאפשר לנו להכין ארוחות.

במטבח היה סקוצ' לשטיפת כלים ישן ודי מעגיל...נאלצנו לקנות. לא היה מספיק נייר טואלט. הטלויזיה לא נדלקה.

Buon soggiorno

Casa grande per gli standard di Parigi, letti abbastanza comodi, dotazioni di base ottimi,(detersivi, prodotti per il bagno, cialde per il caffè e thè). Vicinissima a due fermate della metro di cui una collegata con l'aeroporto Orly e diverse fermate di bus. Ristoranti e supermercati nel raggio di pochi metri.

Il bagno è situato al piano sottostante al resto della casa, raggiungibile tramite scale interne, privo di finestre e con una porta a scomparsa poco scorrevole.

Propriétaire malhonnête et absente en cas de problème… À éviter!!

Logement agréable. Propre.

- logement bruyant (ventilation ouverte (trou dans le mur) donnant sur la rue, une chambre contre la cage d’escalier (bruit à chaque personne qui passe), une autre cage d’escalier donnant sur une fenêtre de chambre (lumière s’allume et s’éteint)) - propriétaire malhonnête et non réactive: la clé s’est cassée dans la porte (mal huilée, depuis un temps…le double de la clé lui même aussi tordu…). Elle avait la journée pour régler la situation. Rien n’a été fait. À 17h30, nous avons du nous même entamer les démarches pour avoir accès à l’appartement…et payer!! Depuis que c’est payé, Madame ne donne plus aucune nouvelle et ne rembourse pas. - Le dernier jour, nous avions jusqu’à 11h pour rester dans l’appartement, heure annoncée à la propriétaire. À 10h, la femme de ménage est devant la porte. Presque impossible d’avoir accès aux toilettes avant de partir (sol trempé +++), plus de linge pour s’essuyer les mains, plus de savon,… - lit bébé livré sans draps…mais annoncé: linge de lit disponible sur place. Si l’appartement est correct, nous avons trouvé le reste du service déplorable. Je ne conseille pas du tout ce logement! J’ai déjà énormément voyagé, vécu beaucoup d’expériences, mais celles là: pas encore!!! Il est pourtant plutôt cher…favorisez un autre logement, ça peut sûrement être bien mieux!
