Surprisingly positive experience!

The entry instructions arrived the day before, and were clear. It was clean. It's not your shiny 5-star hotel, but I didn't expect it to be. Solid sport to sleep at night while spending the day exploring Paris. Not a scam.

Nice spot near the station

Location great in relation to the train we needed. Room was basic, but had all we needed. We had difficulty getting into the room but they answered each of our calls and were able to resolve the issue.

Navigating check in was difficult. We had to call 3 or 4 times to get the proper code. There seemed to be an issue with messaging through the booking. Com site.

Se procura um alojamento perto de transportes este é perfeito para si !

A localização do alojamento era sem dúvida o melhor ! Além disso o quarto sendo simples tem tudo o que precisamos e o mas importante neste tempo de inverno o aquecimento que o alojamento tem e muito bom !

Os pontos não muito fortes foram sem dúvida o barulho acordei algumas vezes devido ao barulho das comodidades ao lado havia muitas pessoas que não respeitavam o horário de sono ! Fora isso estava tudo perfeito!

La ubicacion cerca de el metro europa

Para empezar la cama era muy dura y las almohdas de plumas, lo cual hizo que fuera incomodisimo dormir. El aislamiento al exterior terrible, no paraba de escuchar camiones por la noche. Y no dejaron ni aceite ni sal, lo cual me parece una desconsideracion. Ademas de eso tuve problemas para entrar el primer dia, y la chica me dijo que me enviaba los codigos por whatsapp y no me llegó a enviar nada, la atencion al cliente pesima.

Aménagement bien pensé pour faire le maximum d'une espace limitée

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement, les équipements bien étudiés, la facilité d'accès.

C'était un peu exigu, mais tout a fait correct. Je n'avais pas l'habitude des codes multiples à la place d'un accueill personnel.

- Lavabo bouché - Le personnel appelé au téléphone indique que te technicien va venir déboucher mais personne n’est venu ! - Plusieurs appels ensuite sans réponse ! - chambre bruyante. Isolation de la rue insuffisante bruits poubelles, voitures qui démarrent….

Poderia ter sido melhor

Localização muito boa, perto de supermercado, padaria e metrô, o prédio é bem seguro só para entregar no apartamento são 4 portas com senhas de acesso, achei muito legal.

Ficamos duas horas do lado de fora do quarto porque a senha da porta estava incorreta, ficamos bem chateadas, o funcionário não tinha paciência de explicar nossa sorte foi uma senhora do prédio que ajudou .

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, il facile check in, c'era macchina del caffè con capsule e bustine di the, bagno pulito. Tutto è perfettamente incastrato ma l'appartamento è veramente troppo piccolo!

Le dimensioni della camera! Veramente molto molto piccola. Il bagno strettissimo. Una persona alta non può utilizzare questo appartamento.

Bem localizado e bem equipado.

Localização próxima a estações de metrô/trem (Europe, Gare Saint Lazare, Rome), com mercado bem próximo (Monop), cafés e restaurantes nas redondezas. Achamos a região segura, e as instruções para acesso à acomodação foram claras (apesar de um problema na chegada). A acomodação, embora pequena, é bem dividida e bem equipada, ideal para nossa estadia de 5 dias em Paris.

Embora tivemos instruções claras para acesso, no dia de nossa chegada tivemos um problema com a senha fornecida para a porta do apartamento, que não estava correta (a saber, também há o portão de entrada e uma segunda porta antes da porta do apartamento, ambas com senha). Felizmente, ao entrar em contato via WhatsApp com a equipe da WS (atendimento em inglês, o que tranquilizou pois sabia falar muito pouco em francês), foi fornecida uma outra senha que funcionou para a abertura da porta, sendo esta a principal razão para a nota dada para a acomodação (que acredito ter sido pontual, mas gerou uma preocupação no dia).

Mooi, schoon verblijf op een toplocatie

Locatie was top. Op een paar minuten lopen van meerdere metrostations. Kamer was klein maar ruim genoeg voor een mooie stedentrip naar Parijs. Zo goed als alles was schoon. Badkamer was schoon, met een goede douche. Er is geen personeel aanwezig bij deze locatie maar ze reageren super snel als er iets is.

Bij het bed zat een plankje voor je mobiel, dit zat een beetje onhandig en stoot je makkelijk tegenaan. Op 1 handdoek zaten vlekken.

No hay indicaciones claras para entrar al departamento y no hacían aseo . Escribí al correo por algunas consultas y jamás me respondieron . Pedí toallas de reposición y jamás llegaron

No tiene para guardar la ropa, es muy pequeño no puedes casi ni sentarte en el baño con la puerta cerrada. Pasamos frío por qué no iba bien el radiador, no nos dejaron entrar antes ni guardar maletas fue un desastre

Decepcionante. Son desconsiderados e irresponsables. Lo desaconsejo totalmente

La ubicación es buena y las instalaciones son pequeñas pero bonitas. Pero es muy dificil disfrutar de algo con tanto mal trato recibido.

La reserva se pago un mes antes. Según Booking debíamos haber recibido las instrucciones luego de ello. Nunca llegaron. Unos dias antes puse una consulta de si podíamos dejar los equipajes antes de las 15 hs ( hora publicada del checking) Booking me dice que generalmente contestan en media hora, pero nunca contestaron. Llegue a la direccion del lugar ( no hay nada, pero nada que lo identifique) solo hay en la entrada un panel numérico. Desesperado comencé a comunicarme. No me contestaban. Pidiendo disculpas me enviaron la información sobre las claves de ingreso 3 hs antes del horario de checking. Cuando estamos por ingresar (15 hs) aparece una Sra diciéndonos que no estaba preparada la habitación. Cinco minutos despues recibo un mensaje de que la culpa era del personal de limpieza (muy cobarde como estrategia) y que recién estaría disponible la habitación a las 17 hs. Para culminar la pesadilla al día siguiente regresamos al lugar y al querer ingresar la clave de entrada a la habitación no funcionaba. Otra vez comunicarme via un Whatsapp que nadie contesta. Casi una hora y media después de las 9 de la noche pudimos abrir. Habia otros huespedes en la misma situacion. La disculpa fue recién al otro día y no se nos reconoció nada como compensación Soy un viejo viajero, nunca he sido tan mal tratado.

Jeg blev bedt om at betale turist-skat... Betalingen på 22.22 Euros skulle lægges på et synligt sted i værelset. Jeg har ikke fået en kvittering for denne betaling og har ikke en chance for at tjekke om personalet afregner denne turistskat til staten/Paris' bystyre ..eller om de bare stikker pengene i lommen ? Dette finder jeg uprofessionelt ! Jeg kan ikke bogføre denne betaling i mit regnskab !
