Elegant Sunlit Flat with Balcony near Parc Monceau - B94

The apartment is exactly like the photos. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the metro and bus, with many restaurants and a great seafood market around the corner. It’s fully equipped with everything: a great kitchen, iron, and a vacuum cleaner. The bed and sofa were very comfortable.

There was nothing to complain about. It was a flawless stay.

The property is comfortable and well located. However, our experience with the owner was disappointing. The owner was very unresponsive throughout our stay. In particular, we never received the Wi-Fi access details, despite trying to contact him about it. Most importantly, the security deposit was not returned within a reasonable timeframe. I had to send several reminders, and my messages were repeatedly left unanswered before the deposit was eventually refunded. While the property itself is comfortable and conveniently located, the lack of communication and the difficulties regarding the security deposit significantly affected our experience. Overall, I would not recommend this rental.
