This was not a hotel that serves breakfast so that question is not applicable. The location is excellent. Its a nice place to stay in if you are planning to stay more than one night because it has everything you need to prepare your own meals, which is obviously much cheaper than eating out all the time.
Lift did not work properly and the lift is very small which makes it a bit uncomfortable if you have big bags.
When we were in Europe there was a massive heatwave, the property did not have aircon or even a portable fan which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The restaurants downstairs were very noisy since we could not close the windows.

The location was perfect. 25 minute walk to L’Arc de Triomphe.
Information communicated was clear. Video was great
If you had a connection.
Had everything we needed equipment wise. Great having Netflix.
There were no obvious smoke alarms. The deadlock on the door could only be activated with a key and we only had one key. This meant that if one of us went out the other was effectively locked in. Felt very scary.
The property was clean and tidy but fel very sterile and not very welcoming. A few paintings would be nice.

Le boîtier de la clé se trouve dans une rue différente de celle où se trouve la maison. Ensuite il y avait 3 lignes possibles pour y mettre le code. Grande difficulté pour avoir une personne compétente au bout du fil. Il ont exigé que je leur envoie ma photo via le téléphone. Je n'avais jamais vu ce genre de procédure.
Aucun drap sur place alors que l'annonce précisait qu'il en avait. Mauvaise nuit.
