Worst experience ever!

No customer service at all! They did not have blankets and it was very cold. The staff said we cannot do anything because do not have staff in the property to serve you. Worst experience ever!

Excellent and secure location, and a comfortable apartment

Excellent location, close to two metro stations, and it was a secure apartment. Using door codes was easy and the information sent to me by the company was correct and useful. The room was well equipped.

I couldn't find a cupboard in which to store my clothes. Maybe I missed it.

Well equipped studio in a great location.

Well equipped studio. There was an iron with ironing board, kitchenette with a portable stove top, microwave, fridge, all for light cooking. There was a hair dryer. The window was facing the street which was pretty busy during the day, but when the window is closed there is no noise. At night, it is fairly quiet if you sleep with the window closed. There is a heater in the room which is adjustable. The location is great in a nice neighborhood, where it felt safe and the sights and shopping areas are near. The area is full of people going to work and spending lunch and evenings in cafes. Not far from several metro stations. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. The access to the studio was easy for me. I had no problem with the entrance codes. All was very clear and worked every time.

The inner window did not close completely, so there might be a draft in the colder months. It didn't bother me because the temperature outside was +13C most of the time. The place is very small, but I'm a small person so it was ok for me. Some of the cooking dishes were placed on a very high shelf which was inaccessible for me, and the only chair in the room was one with wheels. So, it was impossible to reach some of the dishes. I wish they would provide either a stool or normal chair which you can stand up on to reach the high shelves. Also, the host said that the housekeeping will take out the trash on the 3rd day, but they did not do it.

Stressful

Small ,compact , nice bathroom and kitchen basic but what you need for a short stay .

I couldn’t get the door open to the apartment, the code entry system worked but the door was impossible to open . After spending from 3pm -7.30 pm on the phone, back and forth to the rental agency and trying to get this door open ( apparently they sent an engineer in between and the door opened np)a fellow guest helped me out in trying to open it. It took us ages , more phone calls ( him in French to agency ) a lot of force and he finally managed to get the door to open but when we retried together , it took another lot of trying and force to open it . As I couldn’t manage to open the door myself ,stuck in apartment I can’t get in and out of I decided to book my 2nd night at a hotel . The whole thing was super stressful and expensive . You wouldn’t want to try this after a few rose’s late at night … The management offered me ‘out of good will’ 20% of the booking fee , which I still haven’t received . Nice Apartment , shame I couldn’t get in and out .

Terrible experience

Really bad experience with this company. They told us the day before our arrival that we could not stay in the apartment. They moved us to a completely different apartment block which was significantly smaller and cheaper per night than what we had booked. They did not offer to refund us. I asked for a refund of the price difference several times and while they agreed, they sent me round in circles and I had to send my bank details over several times across email, whatsapp and paypal and I still haven’t received a refund. Really disappointing and feel like they have no interest in customer service. If anything goes wrong with your stay don’t expect it to be resolved, they just won’t bother as long as they still get their money. I won’t risk booking with this company again.

Super quiet, clean, easy little pad to crash in!

Small, cozy, very clean, and absolutely silent at night. Good wifi and shower. Super easy to find and access, no drama. Perfect for a solo traveller looking to crash after exploring all day.

It was really perfect!

I loved the location, it was SO close to everything and such a beautiful area. It was also just a pretty apartment and made for a perfect weekend away

The security was a bit much. It was 4 different codes to 4 different doors to get in and it was getting a bit frustrating when some of the doors weren’t opening straight away

Location was quite good, curtain rod was broken . When we came back from a day excursion we found a card stating that a trades person had been in the apartment and repaired the curtain rod. We were not advised this was to occur. Apartment was very small and we didn’t realise until a few days before our arrival this place operates with 4x spare entry codes for entry through to the room

Tolle Lage, ruhiges Zimmer, sauber, gute Ausstattung - Frühstück auf gut Glück

Wir waren aufgrund einiger doch sehr schlechten Bewertungen skeptisch. Aber diese können wir z.T. nicht bestätigen. Vorab: die Lage ist wirklich toll und zentral. Vor der Anreise haben wir 4 Codes und eine Beschreibung bekommen, wie wir ins Zimmer kommen. Dies hat nach ein zwei Versuchen auch geklappt. Und es hat mir persönlich gut gefallen, keinen Schlüssel oder keine Karte immer mitnehmen zu müssen, wenn man unterwegs ist. Wir hatten das Zimmer 104 und die Beschreibung stimmt mit den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Es ist so groß bzw klein wie angegeben, es war sauber, alles heil und die versprochene Einrichtung vorhanden (aber es gibt keine Tassen). Trotz der viel befahrenen Straße war es sehr ruhig. Für unsere Zwecke, ein paar Tage die Stadt erkunden, war es vollkommen passend. Die Tür konnte von innen verriegelt werden, sodass niemand über den Code hinein kommen konnte. Nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts wurde nachgefragt, ob wir Handtücher, Bettwäsche oder sonstiges benötigen. Dies haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, daher kann ich nicht beurteilen, ob es geklappt hätte.

Gebucht war das Zimmer mit Frühstück. Tatsächlich haben wir dann an einen von vier Tagen auch Frühstück vor die Tür gestellt bekommen. Ansonsten gab es Entschuldigungen und Versprechen, dass es am nächsten Tag klappt. Das einmalig vorhandene Frühstück war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. 2 Brötchen, Marmelade, 2 Schokobrötchen, 2 Mandarinen, 2 Säfte und Pads für die Kaffeemaschine Das Bad war grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, aber die Dusche hatte an der Tür einen 3-4 cm großen Spalt, sodass man extrem aufpassen muss, nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Nett wäre noch eine kleine Lampe im Schlafbereich um über Nacht nicht über die doch sehr großen Stufen zu stolpern.

nessuna accoglienza e nessuna possibilità di deposito bagaglio, visto che ti danno l'accesso alla camera solo dalle 15:00 in poi. molto insistenti sulla tassa di soggiorno ma senza nessuna fattura a riguardo. camera piccola (ma non è un problema) il problema era la presenza di polvere un po ovunque carenza di prese per caricare in cellulare vicino il letto. mancanza di una abat-jour. se devo tornare a Parigi non sono del tutto sicuro di riconfermare questa struttura.

L'emplacement est idéal pour une nuit de concert. L'équipement de la cuisine est suffisant pour se faire à manger. La salle de bain est plutôt spacieuse. Les instructions pour arriver à la chambre était claires.

La salle de bain sentait les canalisations. La porte était compliquée à ouvrir. Le petit déjeuner est laissé dans une boite en carton devant la porte au petit matin - si vous faites la grasse matinée, les croissants ne vont pas avoir bonne mine - les nôtres étaient de toute façon écrasés. Pour le prix, c'est pas terrible. Pour une seule nuit, bon, on fait avec.

Em 4 noites não tivemos troca de toalhas, troca de roupa de cama e muito menos retirada do lixo do banheiro. Importante: foi solicitado que fosse realizado, mas não ocorreu. Outro ponto que acredito que seja interessante ressaltar é de que não há recepção presencial, dessa forma fomos surpreendidos no pagamento do city tax que precisou ser em dinheiro e depositado na caixa de correio do prédio. Também na há local para guardar malas após o check out.

Geen fijne plek om te overnachten.

Bij aankomst stond onze deur open van ons appartement. Vervolgens was de deur niet dicht te krijgen. Het slot was opengebroken. Omdat er bij het verblijf geen receptie is, moesten wij telefonisch contact opnemen met het bedrijf: Echter was de persoon aan de telefoon erg slecht te horen omdat hij in een auto reed. Wij hebben de situatie uitgelegd en gezegd dat wij op deze manier niet op deze plek wilde slapen omdat de deur niet eens dicht te doen was en daar lagen wij onze spullen niet achter. Na het eerste telefoontje zouden wij terug gebeld worden maar dit is niet gedaan. Uiteindelijk hebben wij zelf contact opgenomen met Booking en zij hebben voor ons gebeld (persoon aan de telefoon heeft ons mega goed geholpen). Uiteindelijk heeft Booking een terugbetalingsverzoek gedaan en zijn wij opzoek gegaan naar een nieuw hotel. Ze konden namelijk de volgende ochtend pas iemand regelen die het slot kwam maken en het contact was niet zodanig te vertrouwen dat wij hebben besloten hier niet te overnachten. Wij hopen een deze dagen ons geld terug te krijgen.

Séjour très agréable dans un super établissement !

Chambre agréable, propreté super, très calme et bien placé. La sécurité est au rendez-vous et l’appartement est très bien équipé. On est proche de tout, dans un quartier tranquille, typiquement parisien. Un vrai plaisir !

Leider nicht so gut

Die Lage war gut .

Die Korrespondenz mit den Vermieter war schlecht,da wir kein Englisch oder Französisch sprechen.Es könnte auch nicht übersetzt werden.Der kleine Raum war unter aller,kann es gar nicht erklären.Im Raum waren vereinzelt 20 cm Höhe Stufen Meine Frau stürzte 3 mal und ich einmal so schwer das ich mir die Rippen prallte .Der kleine Tisch? stand vor dem WC wo man dann frühstücken soll.Es gab auch keine Rezeption im Hause ..Kein Ansprechpartner weit und breit.Wir waren da vierte Mal in Paris,aber wahrscheinlich das letzte Mal.Als wir ankamen,war das Bett nicht neu bezogen und es waren fremde Haare zu finden .Einfach nur schrecklich.

Es un lugar lindo, seguro, cuenta con varios ingresos y claves; queda en una zona residencial tranquila y segura; también cercana a atracciones; tiene zona cocina, baño y parte de la estadía muy agradable y estéticamente hablando es muy lindo Se puede ver hacia la calle, queda cerca a zona de metro, te dejan toallas y papel de repuesto; me gustó mucho

Hay muchos detalles por mejorar en el aseo, las sábanas estaban sucias y habían muchos cabellos en la cama que eran de otras personas; también limpiar un poco de polvo

Passamos 5 dias sem nenhuma limpeza nos quartos (sem troca de toalhas, lixo..) mesmo tendo sido feito o pedido. Passamos 4 dias com problema com o código da porta do primeiro andar, que só último dia foi feita a troca do leitor. A cama é bem ruim e o quarto é minúsculo. Todos os dias pela manhã você acorda com uma música eletrônica, pois ali próximo tem um local que dá aulas (acredito que de dança). E o quarto é muito quente, não tem ar condicionado (e olha que fomos em uma época fria) e acordávamos todos os dias pingando.
