We were warmly welcomed by Nuno and although we arrived much earlier than planned, he let us use a room in the spa to wash up and change after our flight. Our room was extremely comfortable, with high-quality beds and linens. We loved the terrace!

The blonde girl at the reception was very unfriendly and somewhat rude. Luckily, Mr. Nuno arrived later. He is an exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful person.
Mr. Nuno and the girl who worked at the reception in the evening (with darker, curly hair) were both very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location.
