便利な場所にあり、行動がしやすかった。
洗面所やシャワー室の水はけが悪くて、水が溜まってしまった。パイプの洗浄液で掃除をして改善したが、アパートの中のものを初めて使用する場合の注意点等を紙などに書いて、教えてほしかった。

Sehr gute Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht, auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ausreichend Stauraum, Kleiderbügel, Decken, Kissen. Der Aufzug ist ein großer Pluspunkt.
In der Küche lag eine Abstellglasplatte, unter der sich deutlich sichtbarer Schmutz befand. Das war sehr unangenehm und musste zuerst gereinigt werden. Aus der oberen Wohnung war jeder Schritt zu hören, was manchmal störte. Jedoch war es nachts ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war schwierig. Auf E-Mails kam keine Rückmeldung, daher wusste man nicht, ob Nachrichten angekommen sind.
