Very good location - lively neighborhood with great food and shopping choices. Metro stations nearby. Also a very nice property manager who helped us with letting us put our luggage in the apartment long before check-in time so we were free to go explore the neighborhood. Communication was very good, even with a language barrier

It’s hot- there’s no AC and not even a fan, so if you happen to visit Paris during one of the increasingly common European heat waves, your only solution is to open windows, which doesn’t really cool things down much Loud - it’s above 2 restaurants that the locals like to congregate at. Since you need to have open windows (again, no AC) you will hear them talking, laughing, reacting to sports on TV, etc, late into the night. Then the loud trucks come banging down the street early in the morning. We didn’t sleep well at this place, unfortunately
