The owner or property management should not be renting this apartment

Location

They gave us only 1 key, family of four. Whe were locked out (forgot the only key inside the apartment) property management made us go to another location (met a woman in the car on the street, she said she would meet us in the office) to pick up a copy. Not only shady, but unacceptable while the “point of contact failed to call back or respond to messages about the key. The only thing the apartment has going is the location. Otherwise, very dirty and dated. We were uncomfortable using the bedding or even sitting in the dirty chairs and sofas. Did not quite understand having to meet the point of contact to get in, but did have the option of contactless checkout

THe location was excellent. It was easy to get from the Eurostar at Gard du Nord to the air bnb via the underground. It is right near the Louvre and the river so easy to walk everywhere

Central location, well appointed, charming modern art decor vibe

Apartment was 1 of several in a building right on Rue St. Honore. We could at times hear a flautist practicing classical music (including Debussy’s Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun) throughout our stay when coming and going, which added to the ambiance! Location was extremely central to the Louvre, Tuileries gardens and Musee D’Orsay, with other attractions just a short cab or metro ride away. Buckwheat Creperie on the corner, Eric Kayser Boulangerie, FranPrix grocery, many cafés, fruit stands and restaurants nearby. The A/C in the living room really helped with the heat, and they supplied a great portable air conditioner for our bedroom when I asked for a fan. Many drawers, hangers, towels, pillows, sheets, hair/body wash bottles were supplied. I had to ask for more toilet paper and paper towels, which they supplied. The appliances worked well (washing machine is also a dryer - you have to set it to “sechage” - not my preference for drying clothes, as it took a loooong time to dry; better to air dry on hangers). To use the microwave, set the temperature with the bottom dial and after you turn the upper dial to the time, it goes on automatically in a second. We had everything to make toast, coffee and espresso in the morning (espresso machine, single serving French press). The hair dryer, handheld and rainfall shower heads were fantastic. There’s no shelf to put anything in the shower; you have to put your things on the floor or up on top of the edges of the shower. Be aware that the hot water in the bathroom and the kitchen is immediately BOILING HOT - be careful to adjust the faucets gradually, so you don’t scald yourself like we did! It’s different from the U.S. where our water becomes hot gradually. It’s a safe setup with a code needed to enter the street door and another to enter the one within. Be aware you have 4 short flights of shallow wooden stairs to walk - activate the light switches on the right side of the wall at night.

The WiFi signal was too weak to work in the bedroom; it only worked the kitchen/living room, so we had to move there whenever we needed access. A slight nuisance for those of us who like to lie in our beds and surf the net.

Not clean and old .. the kitchen is very old and dirty.. the oven is not cleaned for a long time .. the air conditioning is only in the hall.. no air conditioning in the sleeping room.. all of us slept in the hall. No Internet in the sleeping room.. only in hall. The bathroom is dirty also The do not have enough time to clean the apartment because of great load of tourist ..

Plesant stay at a great place in the city center where all things are very close.

Land lord awaited us on spot. We met him there are agreed location and time. The delay in arrival was no problem. Wi-fi connection. Place is in thecentre of the town. Perfect public transport conection ( only very crowded, but is a diferent problem)

looks like it is a mix of cheep pre-owned things 3 or 4 different flooring types (two of them within the same room) The apartment wasn’t clean the day we checked in we forgot an AirPod in the apartment (tracked with find-me app) we reported it and asked to receive it on our own expenses The owner stopped communicating with us. that wasn’t so nice

Location is top notch, the staff are welcoming, the flat was clean in general. Recommend for families, as there are overall 5 sleeping spaces. The flat on general is pretty big for Paris, so good value

Location, Location, Location

Location, Location, Location. This apartment is great for location. 2min walk to the Louvre. We even walked to and from the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Palais Garnier & Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is a perfect location for seeing all the sights of Paris by walking. Can't fault the location. Lots of food options with cafe and restaurants everywhere and a good supermarket 2mins walk. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Did not feel unsafe in this location at anytime.

When we arrived at our agreed Check in time of 3pm, the room wasn't ready with the staff member saying the previous guests had only just left and blaming the booking agency with the issue. Then he tried to hurry the cleaners up for us to settle in, which alarmed me in wondering if the place would get a thorough clean. We did finally check in 90 minutes later, which made us late for our booked event. Most of the lights and power points failed to work Our host also made us pay tax again, even though paid through this site

Die Lage war super. Die Größte der Wohnung war schön. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Alle Betten waren vorbereitet und bezogen. Anreise nach 22 Uhr ohne Probleme. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Schlüsselübergabe war gut im Video rübergebracht.

Bei einem Schlafsofa fehlten ein paar Latten, das Schlafen war somit unbequem und auch quietschig. Das 2. Schlafsofa war unbequem. Es war leider nicht alles sauber, auch das Unterbett im Schlafzimmer hatte diverse Flecken.
