Not worth it

Location, proximity to transportation options, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cleaning is superficial, front door opening/closing system very loud and old; warn out bed linen(not white), mattress, uncomfortable pillows, bathroom and kitchen water units were displaced and felt like they would fall out anytime. Heating was not working in the room, that unit was ancient and very dusty ;we used the one coming from the bathroom. In winter I don’t think that would be enough. It could be a lovely place but an investment is required.

Was Nice Value for a Short Stay

The location is good, about a 25 min walk to Notre Dame, the room is big and basic but would be great for a family it has everything you need without any frills. I did not read that you would be charged for WIFI so that was a little disappointing we fortunately did not need it. Also luggage storage was a bit difficult. It worked for us but considering it was only a little bit cheaper then the average hotel and then there was extra surcharges for what a standard hotel offers I do not know that your saving money.

Location is very good for this price, very wide area, beds were comfortable, toilette was clean and big enough and room has a good view.

Thin mattresses and no sleep

Close cafes and bakeries. Staff was friendly for parisinas. The shower.

The mattresses were so bad. I can't believe that they charge so much money for this. It's outrageous, extremely thin mattresses and I barely slept anything the days in Paris. The location is over-hyped. It's only close to the pantheon. If you want to have a nice sleep after a long day of walking, forget it. Even writing this review some days after I'm getting sleep depravation.

Utterly neglected flat with a stunning view

The stunning view of the Pantheòn from the little balcony.

If the view is the only thing you care about, then this is the place for you. The trade-off is that you'll leave with a sore back, sleep deprived, and likely in a grumpy mood. The main complaint I have is that both beds were incredibly uncomfortable! Two sleepless nights!! This is a studio flat, not an 'apartment'. The studio is randomly furnished, with one huge wardrobe, one double bed, and one single day bed, not a sofa bed!!! The small kitchen is only partially separated, and the kitchen counter had tape over it, and it was covered all over with disgusting aluminium foil. The flat didn't look very clean, dust everywhere, so much that you can breathe it, and mould around the window frame. The balcony was full of cigarette butts. After sending some photos, the host suggested that next time I should pay €16.000 a night in a hotel. They may, partly, have a point, as on reflection Paris seems to have become a lot more expensive than it used to be, netherless their response was rude, inconsiderate and unnecessary. I asked how I could turn the heating on for a while because I was very cold. They did not help with this. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and think that maybe the message got lost. WI-FI is charged as extra for €10 a day. I used my mobile data instead for only £2.50 a day. I paid €180=£160 per night.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous view of the church. But wheelchair accessibility pretty poor.

The apartment is very comfortable and much bigger than it looks on the pictures. The view of the church from the balcony is beautiful and I stayed on the sofa bed which was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing around the Latin Quarter.

Wheelchair accessibility is not great at this property. You have to go into the building through a separate entrance that is pitch black and has a series of push-back doors you have to go through (which is very difficult when manoeuvring a wheelchair and luggage on your own). The female host could not have been more kind and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. But the Male host was standoffish and didn't offer to help take luggage or hold doors open for us when he could see we were struggling. He was also late arriving to the apartment on the last day so we couldn't check out and were standing around til he got there. There was also only one small towel for 2 adults which was odd. And if you're looking for crockery, cups, etc., it's not in the kitchen it's in a large cabinet in the living room.

Good location, nice host, small apartment for 5 people.

Good location near Pantheon, nice neighborhood. Host was very nice and he was kind to store our luggage after check-out (something you don't usually get with apartments). Nice view from the room. Also good price.

The apartment is very small for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child), beds not so comfy and right next to each other. In the bathroom, it didn't have any curtains so when you showered all the floor gets wet. There could also be more pleasantries like shampoo or soap.

Spacious rooms, great and secure parking, elevator, balcony, extra pillows and blankets, clean, quick and helpful communication.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is slightly outdated and there is no free wifi.

A different place to stay for my family's first trip to Paris

Downtown Paris. Walking distance to a metro station and several tourist sites and restaurants. There's a small market to stock up the kitchen next door. Host very friendly.

It was difficult to find the pull in for the below ground parking. There was a bit of a language barrier, but each spoke enough of the other's language to figure everything out.

Bad experience!

It was very basic for the kind of money I paid. Not at all happy! Plus they even asked for a deposit which was not mentioned in the initial booking! We also had to pay extra for the internet! Bathroom was substandard. So was linen and bedding!

There was nothing likeable in that faculty!

Hubiera sido ideal que no cobraran extras como guardar las maletas o tener WiFi. Yo renté un piso durante muchos años e incluímos esos servicios y muchos otros extras en el precio.

Mobilier complet mais sommaire et dépareillé. Robinetterie abîmée dans la salle de bains (mitigeur évier branlant, non fixé). Tout l’électroménager disponible, mais pas de café ni en poudre ni en dosettes, comme cela se fait classiquement en hôtellerie.
