I mostly loved everything. I guess if you're someone who is a bit anti-social, then you might now like this place because it is right next to Milan Rouge and a couple of popular restaurants.

Dobra i bezpieczna lokalizacja blisko centrum. Dobra cena.

Przede wszystkim łazienka była mała i brudna. Pokój nie był zbyt przygotowany dla gości. Pani wyciągała pościel przy nas z różnych miejsc. Pościel nie wyglądała na zbyt czystą. Pani która przekazywała nam klucze jakkolwiek była bardzo miła mówiła tylko po francusku. Za ścianą jest restauracja która działa do późnych godzin nocnych, dlatego było głośno.

Die Lage ist gut - das war es dann aber eigentlich auch schon...

Die Lage ist gut, da innenstadtnahe und nicht weit weg vom Moulin Rouge und dem Künstlerviertel Montmartre. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte sich vorher um einen Platz in einer bewachten Parkgarage kümmern. Direkt vor der Unterkunft gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten und die öffentlichen Parkhäuser in der Nähe haben teils katastrophale Bewertungen wegen aufgebrochener Autos.

Der Anbieter wollte zunächst zusätzlich zur vereinbarten Miete 500 Euro Kaution von uns, obwohl Booking.com das nicht vorsieht. Wir haben die Preisgabe unserer Kreditkartendaten direkt an den Anbieter verweigert. Die Kommunikation war teils etwas kompliziert, zur Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir vor Ort 30 Minuten warten, weil irgendwie untergegangen war, dass wir um 17 Uhr da sein würden. Der Eingang zum "Appartement" ist in einer Nebenstraße und nicht exakt an der in der Anzeige angegebenen Adresse. Der Eingang sieht von außen aus, wie eine Stalltür. Einzig als Diebstahlschutz ist das vielleicht ganz gut, denn da würde wirklich niemand eine Wohnung vermuten. Die Möbel im eher dunklen Appartement sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Sessel völlig abgerockt, die Schlafcouch teils bretthart, teils durchgelegen, auf der angeblich gewaschenen Bettwäsche und auch den Handtüchern waren undefinierbare Flecken. Zum Glück hatten wir ein paar eigene Sachen dabei. Das Bad - so naja (Dusche auch in die Jahre gekommen / Toilettensitz auf Halbmast) und der Kühlschrank hätte auch mal nen Lappen vertragen. Das ist ja alles Geschmackssache - ich persönlich würde Gästen diesen Hygienestandard nicht im Traum mit ruhigem Gewissen anbieten. Während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts hat jemand jeden Morgen gegen 6 Uhr im angrenzenden Hinterhof lautstark den Müll rausgebracht. Egal - wir waren ohnehin fast nur unterwegs und haben den Aufenthalt im Appartement auf ein Minimum beschränkt.

Locale di 20 mq, Non 36 mq, (come proposto), compreso il bagno/cesso con tendina. Il Ruter per wi-fi, Non esiste, il collegamento risulta debole e inadeguato, poichè collegato ad una utenza esterna, del palazzo attiguo. La PULIZIA, è pessima (cfr. foto ), cattivi odori, provenienti dall'unica finestra dell'alloggio, che si affaccia sui bidoni di raccolta della spazzatura condominiale del palazzo attiguo. (cfr. foto) Pessimo!
