There was construction and renovations outside the window which wasn't ideal in the mornings.

Fabulous

Loved the location and the convenience of this property. Was exactly what it needed to be. Had all the facilities we needed and the staff were super helpful. Checking in was so simple by the instructions from the staff and the video to go along with it. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

The apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center of town. It is a bit small for 4 people, but it is manageable if the apartment is used primarily for sleeping and showering. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, and it met our expectations. The hosts were kind and responsive, and they answered our questions promptly.

A very secure and safe property in a lovely part of town and a perfect location with a short walk to the Metro.

it was nice and clean and had everything we needed as a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children. The location was amazing and we felt very safe and secure.

There was a problem with the water resulting in cold showers which wasn’t ideal. if that was rectified, we would have said this is an excellent property.

The location was great! Close to the Metro and other areas of interest.

Check-in was at 4, we got the at 4, and the guy was just starting to clean the apartment. He didn't finish until 5:20. The company that they rent through, Marvel, they had me take pictures of the apartment upon arrival and afterward. They also wanted me to complete a questionnaire before arrival, but the link they kept sending me wouldn't open. They also required pictures of our passports. Something I hadn't encountered with Booking.com as of yet. The toilet seat was broken, and the sofa bed was also broken but usable. When we opened up the sofa bed, there was a urine soaked (but dry) blanket in it. The only window to the room was covered with this plastic sheet, so you could not open it. The whole place felt stuffy, a fan for the loft, and the main room would have been nice. There were no 'welcoming' drinks like another reviewer mentioned. They had a washer/dryer but no detergent to use with it... trust me, we looked for some. It was definitely a tiring and drining check-in process. I was very frustrated with Team Marvel.

great position in central area, just 30 min by car from gare du lyon station and walkable easily to major points of the city. Highly recommended even for the Marvel team that is always available and quickly answering all our questions!

We had a blast and the location is amazing for people who like to walk around like locals.

The location was fantastic and the use of space very smart. The interior was also very pleasing to the eye.

The fact that it was on the ground floor and there was only one small window to open up. I did not realize this when I booked. We had to leave the small window open during the night due to the summer heat and Heard- everyone coming in and out. A ventilator in the apartment would have helped and been better for good sleep.

Good place to drop the bags and head out for exploring the city. Great location.

We got locked out of the apartment for a short while as the building code unexpectedly changed. It was difficult reaching someone for assistance. Luckily another resident was able to let us in the building and also luckily the apartment code still worked.

Amazing value and location for money

Location was amazing. Very quiet.

One night the upper bed seemed to be very hot, and the next night it seemed to be very cold. Maybe this was our fault for not configuring the thermostat correctly. Some instructions on this would be great next time! Overall, an amazing experience.

Not too bad, but very bureaucratic service

Located not to far from Champs Elysees Decent and clean, possible for 4 persons, but not too comfortable. Fine if you are out sightseeing the city the whole day

-Very noisy when neighbors talk loudly and go up and down stairs -No natural light ( windows are sealed with matted foul) -Overhead beds quite low, cannot sit up straight without hitting ceiling ( only for kids) -Very bureaucratic service: outside Booking.com, I was required to e-mail all photo ID’s (including kids), make an additional credit card deposit reservation, make pictures of appartment before and after, send picture of key to prove we left it in locker, etc. Added to that, I received a total of 4 (!) Telephone calls and 7 e-mails by rental service representative with all kinds of instructions (‘do watch Youtube video-instructions on how to open door and deposit garbage’), questions and evaluation. Very burdensome and intrusive when being on a short, one-day visit of Paris. Too much hassle. Instructions in e-mail were also incorrect (first door at your left, instead of second door, wifi network incorrect). So, sorry, no 10/10 score, even though this was openly sollicited by the service representative.

Exceptional

We had a great stay at this apartment! It's cosy, clean and well-equipped in everything you might need during your stay. A welcoming coffee gave it a nice touch. Also, there was a detailed round-the-place guide prepared for the guests, together with a city plan. The apartment is not very big - for a couple or a small family would work best. It also lacks daylight a bit as the window faces the inner hall of the building, but we didn't mind as we left early in the morning and came back after dark. The building itself is very clean and quiet. The neighbourhood is really great - quiet, clean and very safe but still pretty close to all the major attractions. Location is its biggest asset! It's fantastic! Metro station and a small supermarket just round the corner, some restaurants a few meters away in the same street. Self check-in and check-out very easy. Great contact with the owners. I definitely recommend this place!

Sehr zentral gelegen, ganz in der Nähe der Champs-Élysées, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Viele Lokale in der Nähe. Obwohl nur digitaler Kontakt mit dem Besitzer, hat alles prima funktioniert.

Die Unterkunft ist für Übernachtung gut geeignet, aber nicht, für längere Zeit zum wohnen, weil durch das Schlafsofa sehr beengt.

Minden behallatszik ami kintről jön , a zuhanyzóból 15 percig volt csak meleg víz , foltos volt a huzat. A takarito szolgálat még mindig ott volt 16:00 után amikor is el lehetet foglalni a szállást. És nagyon rosszul lett megcsinálva a tetőtér mivel fent az hálóban iszonyat meleg volt lent meg vagy egy jo 5,6 fokkal hidegebb a fürdőben meg meglehet fagyni

Top Lage, genau zwischen Triumphbogen und Obelisk. Zum Louvre und Eiffelturm ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Unterkunft wie beschrieben, allerdings muss man wissen, dass das Loft im EG, direkt in der Toreinfahrt ist, dadurch ist es aber sehr ruhig, allerdings kaum bis wenig Tageslicht bzw. Frischluft. Für einen City-Trip aber völlig ausreichend, auch zu viert. Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke, Restaurants in der Straße, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 Minuten Fußweg. Bus und Metro auch in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Parkhaus von INDIGO-Parking „Ronde Pointe de Champs Elysées“ 5 Minuten zu Fuß, kann man empfehlen, Auto steht dort sicher unter. Kontakt zum Anbieter per Mail funktioniert, es wurde immer und zeitnah geantwortet.

Ótimo custo-benefício da localização

O loft é uma graça, acomodou bem 4 pessoas, as camas são confortáveis, fica realmente perto da Champs-Elysées e a experiência de passar por ela todos os dias é memorável. O anfitrião deixou capsulas de café, o que foi bem gentil. Tem um mercado Casino perto, o que é incrível, fica no caminho para a Champs-Elysées e virou rotina para economizar com alimentação.

No primeiro dia enviei mensagem perguntando por mais cobertores e não me responderam, mas não precisou, porque achamos um aquecedor e ficou bem confortável.
