La cafetera no funcionaba, limpieza deficiente en baños y cocina

Spacious, bright and good location

Cleanness wasn’t great. The more you look the more you found it needs to be properly cleaned. Although our request for an earlier check in was kindly accepted without no extra charge, we had to keep requesting information about the different doors codes and how to find the entrance of the building as it isn’t clearly stated in the description. Normally we get the whole information a few hours before checking in without having to ask. Our booking was for 4 nights and we requested to stay an extra night and made a bank transfer directly into the owner’s account as agreed. At the last night we were waken by his phone call at 1am questioning the payment, saying that his mum had been in the apartment and that also wasn’t the first time someone had been there whilst we were out and that we should have checked out that day at noon which was our previous check out date. I then send a message with the screenshot of my bank statement showing the payment with a message explaining everything again. I totally understand the language barrier on a phone call as English isn’t my first language either but nowadays with google translate we can clearly communicate which written messages .

Amazing location. Good equipment. Comfortable.

Not much to complain about really. It would have been nice to have bedside tables with reading lamps.
