Shameful

Location was good

Everything else. Cleanliness was awful, everything was dirty, hair and boots everywhere, lots of old medicine from previous guests (hopefully) in the room, lots of clothes from other people, bags, belongings, rubbish, all over everywhere. I had a accident and requested for the host to be empathic and cancel it free of charge but was denied and he keeps texting me on my private phone number after my stay insulting and implying that I’m lying. Booking.com should never allow this kind of behaviour and should ban whoever acts like this. I expect full refund of my stay. It was a distaste, nasty and disgusting.

Hello, everything is fine, but they need to improve with the cleaning. There was a bottle of water under the bed and it was dirty. They need to clean it thoroughly, not only on the outside but also on the inside, for example under the bed, behind the furniture. They need shampoo and body soap. The ones they have are for decoration because they are empty. They need to have free space to put clothes. There are many other people's things that take up space. Anyway, thank you for everything.

Would not stay here again.

The building was secure. You have to have a code to enter the building. There is a restaurant and pizza joint on the same street as the apartment. There is a supermarket around the corner and lots of cafes between the apartment and the subway station.

I read lots of reviews before booking, but I never saw any indication in the listing or reviews I read of the apartment being on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans). The photos on the ad truly represent the apartment. The only thing that wasn't represented was the fact there's mildew all over the bathroom ceiling and in the shower. The toilet is in a closet by the front door. It doesn't open all the way because of the way the front door is. So you have to walk through the living room and around the corner to the front door in the middle of the night to go to the restroom. We had no washcloths, barely any hand soap, laundry detergent or toilet paper. I had to go purchase these. This was not something I expected to have to do. The owner's clothes and personal belongings were in the apartment. We really had no room to put our clothes. There were no instructions on how to use the heat. We had to email the owner to find out how to get the radiator on. We had the windows open pretty much all the time but the noise from the street and parking garage outside was sometimes loud at night. The walk to the subway station was about 10 minutes. The Arc de Triomphe is across the street from the subway. CDG airport is about a 45 minute cab ride to the apartment.

It was very close to the Arc of Triumph and the metro station. It's spacious and quiet. We also loved the kitchen and the washing machine. The nearby Rue Poncelet Market is a gem. We splurged on local delicacies there, and celebrated New Year in the apartment. The host responded to all my messages immediately.

Wonderfull apartment and best host!

The apartment was very gorgeous and very well positioned! You can reach most of the attractions in about 15 to 30 minutes by feet. The host is very kindful and available if anything is needed during the stay. Also, every service declared in the booking is actually present!

Very good

The location was close to everything. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a washing machine. The kitchen was small but well equipped if you wished to prepare a meal. Marc was very helpful and polite. He was always available when we needed assistance. Thank you, Marc.

It would be helpful to have some written instructions for wifi and television. Three flights of stairs with heavy luggage was quite challenging.

Unprofessional Host Behavior

En general, el alojamiento estaba medianamente bien, aunque con algunos inconvenientes. El salón donde está el sofá cama no tiene persianas ni contras, entra mucha luz si intentas dormir. Además, encontramos una sábana bajera colgada como si fueran cortinas. La limpieza era justa, suficiente para pasar, pero mejorable. El principal problema surgió al solicitar una factura al propietario: me condicionó entregármela únicamente si le daba una puntuación de 10/10, lo que considero un intento de chantaje. Esto es algo inaceptable en una plataforma como Booking, y me sorprende que no se haya sancionado aún esta práctica. Además, la factura que pedí con las fechas nunca me la ha hecho llegar, y a estas alturas puede ahorrársela.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Sehr süßes Apartment in perfekter Lage direkt am Arc de Triomphe!

Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktioniert nur sehr mäßig daher riecht es dort nicht sehr angenehm und an der Decke schimmelt es schon etwas. Grundsätzlich war es aber sauber daher kann man da für ein paar Tage auch drüber hinwegsehen.

J'ai vraiment aimé l'emplacement, l'espace est excellent, propre et calme

l'hôte doit changer le lit de toute urgence, car le lit est horrible, le matelas est mauvais, il est vieux, la boîte est composée de deux lits simples avec une division qui divise le matelas, ce qui rend impossible de rester juste au milieu du lit à côté, ça ne convient pas à l'appartement et m'a même demandé de partir une heure avant le départ
