Апартаменти розташовані у центрі поряд з метро та багатьма памʼятками. 2 окремі спальні , пральна машина та машина для сушки одягу. В будинку є ліфт. По приїзду нас чекали вода , кава та солодощі.

Апартаменти розташовані на 1поверсі, в одній з кімнат вікно було дуже старим, його можна було легко відчинити . Чоловік відразу помітив , що воно було раніше зламане, тож лишати речі в квартирі без сейфу з таким вікном було небезпечно. Ми змушені були носити всі цінні речі з собою , що було незручно. Дивно , що господар не вжив заходів - встановлення металевих ґрат , заміна вікна, тощо. Особисто нам не вистачало мікрохвильової печі та чайника.

The apartment is perfectly located, walking distance from most Paris attractions. The access and entry information is clear and the street is relatively quiet albeit in a busy area of Paris. The bedrooms could definitely do with more furniture for example there was nowhere to place your hairdryer and make up when getting ready and all of this had to be on the floor which is uncomfortable. A few pieces of practical furniture would have made this day much more comfortable. Some elements of the crockery and cutlery was not clean on arrival, but this was very quickly sorted out by the efficient team.

The apartment looked newly refurbished, it was very clean and well decorated. The access to the property was easy and we received a pdf from Warren with all the information necessary, which led us to believe we would have a wonderful 3 night vacation.

OUR APARTMENT ON THE FIRST FLOOR WAS ROBBED We spent the day out of the apartment and when we returned all of our things were overturned and the window in one of the bedrooms had been broken and was left open. The burglars were not there, and they stole any money, jewelery, watches and perfumes that we left at the apartment. No computers were stolen, but we estimated about 5000 euros in losses. We immediately contacted Warren, who kindly allowed us to move to the 2nd floor apartment, but we didn't feel as safe. We then asked them if they could contact their insurance so we could get a reimbursement for our stolen items, and they never replied to us again, nor did they financially compensate us in any way for our losses. The police said to us the window looked like it had been recently changed, which could indicate this was an "easy acess" for burglars. There is also a restaurant that has a door that leads directly into the backyard of the apartment building. The facilities are great, but DO NOT STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR, it is dangerous!!
