La posizione in una zona calma e lussuosa. L'appartamento è luminosissimo e facilmente raggiungibile. Mi è piaciuto il silenzio assoluto durante le ore del giorno e della notte. La signora proprietaria era disponibile con whatsapp e ha sempre risposto ai nostri messaggi. L'appartamento si trova al 4 piano ed è dotato di ascensore. Mi è piaciuto molto.
Forse migliorerei il bagno, magari se riuscissero a metterci un impianto di areazione. E menomale avevo letto i commenti e mi ero portata degli asciugamani, noi eravamo 3 e ci facciamo la doccia tutti i giorni. Ho dovuto comprare la carta igienica. Comunque la doccia è bella grande, dico queste cose solo come suggerimento per migliorare. È stata una bella esperienza

The property is spacious and comfortable. All facilities are working properly, and the place was clean. It fulfilled all expectations. Easy access with the main door code and safe for the apartment keys. We would return to the apartment if we had to spend more time in Paris. Super!!!
We like everything. The points below are suggestions and do not affect all the positive points of the accommodation.
The owners could invest a little to improve the accommodation.
a) providing at least one more cooking pan;
b) Providing a dishcloth.
c) Repair the curtains.

Está bien, sin más
No tiene aire acondicionado, solo dispone de un ventilador para 4 personas, hace mucha calor lo que hace necesario abrir la ventana por la noche y entra mucho ruido.
La atención deja mucho que desear, el día de antes estuve intentando contactar con ellos y no hubo manera, ni mensajes, ni por teléfono, necesitaba saber si había ventiladores y cómo haríamos el check in y no me contestaron hasta poco antes de la hora de entrada, eso unido a que el cobro es por una plataforma externa a booking y hay que pagarlo nada más reservar, me generó mucha incertidumbre.
