Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Paris, between Madeleine and Opéra, this charming 45 m² flat located on the 2ᵉ floor of an Art Deco building with lift and 24-hour security, can accommodate up to 4 travellers, with broadband Wi-Fi connection.
Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).
It comprises a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a shower room with washbasin and toilet. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival.

- Bedroom with double bed (140x190) and storage space
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all necessary utensils
