I loved the place, it is near the main places I wanted to visit and it was so easy for me to get where I wanted by metro or walking.

It is so easy to put the passwords of the doors, you don’t have to memorize it but every time I arrived, I had to check on my phone, look for the codes, and enter door by door. I mean, I understand why it has a lot of codes but that’s the only thing I could tell, and it’s not -bad-.

Brilliant stay

Perfect location, close to everything. Room had everything you need for a short stay, very well equipped. Lovely and clean. Very quiet.

The code system was a bit complicated, 4 separate codes. But at least it's very secure and safe. Would of appreciated a standard size pillow on the bed.

Incredible- exceeded expectations

The location is unbeatable- it’s truly perfect. The room was extremely clean and I appreciated the kitchenware, including kettle, mini fridge, and coffee machine with pods. It wasn’t cold in the room at all despite it being mid-December (good doona and good heating system), and the shower was amazing! I was very impressed with how quiet the room was given the close proximity to other rooms and busy streets- good insulation. Would 100% return

Not the best phone reception and wifi was pretty flimsy, but couldn’t care less to be honest. I was rarely in the apartment anyway. It would only be a problem if you were intending to work from the room.

Cute little spot right near the Louvre. Using every inch of space to give you just what you need to stay. We enjoyed it

This property was so close to the Louvre and Concord making it so easy to get to transit and very walkable to many sights.

It’s Paris - so it’s expensive, I knew the price would reflect the city but if it could’ve been a bit cheaper it would be nice - but that’s just being picky, it really has all you’d need for a quick stay.

Excellent location! It’s a small room, because it’s in an old building. The room was cozy though. Realistically, we spent most of our days out and about, seeing the sites of Paris. The room was mainly a place to sleep and work on some YouTube videos. By the way, the wifi upload speeds are fast!

The use of codes everywhere. I miss the days of actually speaking to a receptionist or other hotel staff.

The location is excellent, the security is super high, to get to the apartment you need four codes. There is a well-equipped kitchenette, the bathroom is ok, the room is a bit small, but fine for two people. On my next visit to Paris, I would definitely choose this location again.

As a recommendation for the administrators - consider supporting spaces for objects around the bed, normal-sized chairs, not like the existing bar-type ones. The most annoying thing is the garbage - to have your garbage picked up you have to send a message to the administrator. If you forgot, that's it, stay with it in the room or look for a trash can on the street and take it yourself, like I did. The same thing with the towels, they are only changed if you send a message. Considering that I'm on vacation, I really don't want to take care of the garbage. Maybe you should consider changing something related to this.

Not the room I payed for!

Room was not at all what I booked. The location is actually great, but the the room did not match what I booked at all. It felt more like prison cell than a hotelroom/appartement. Don't expect a warm welcome of or any service either.

Amazing location in the hearth of Paris <3

Perfect location near Louvre, easy to reach all main streets by foot, metro stop in 50m away if you chose this option. Property has an elevator.Has all kitchen utilities so if you want to bring something there is full amenities to make your own meal.

The room has no view, you have view into some roof between buildings, no air conditioning so in summer probably it is too hot. Only one wine glass and one bigger mug was in the room.

Great location, small but good layout and clean with all necessities.

Very clean and had all necessary amenities. Location was great especially for the price.

Somewhat complicated process to check-in with multiple long door codes to enter the building. Also, a cleaning lady who was waiting for me to check out came into the room while my partner was still sleeping when I left to get breakfast. Maybe a certain process/communication should be done if we are checking-out early, or the staff should at least wait until check-out time if no communication was had.

Lovely stay in Paris close to tourist areas and shops.

Location was really good for tourist areas and shops, small apartment but perfect for a short stay. Beds were comfortable, and room quiet as set back in a small courtyard from the road.

Nowhere to leave luggage on travel days, had to use local locker facilities, which was inconvenient.

Terrible experience – do not trust WS Apartments

I stayed at WS Apartments (Apartment 14, Rue Saint-Florentin, Paris) in early June 2025. During my stay, the safe in the room malfunctioned and locked away our passports and credit cards. I contacted WS Apartments immediately and was repeatedly promised that a technician would fix the issue the same day. Despite multiple calls and assurances, no one came. At 17:48, I was told the technician had ended his workday and nothing could be done until the next day—after our scheduled departure. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told it wasn’t possible, but that the manager would be informed and contact me. That never happened. Left with no choice, I hired a locksmith and paid €320 out of pocket. WS Apartments refused to refund the cost, claiming they were “in the process of resolving the issue”—a completely false statement. They did nothing. This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and takes no responsibility for their failures. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not book with WS Apartments.

The only positive thing is the location and it was clean in fairness

I had booked for 2 nights and ended up staying only one because it was bad and I couldn't sleep. The metro station is right under and runs from 5:45 am to 1;30 am during the week, and it creates strong vibration so I couldn't sleep. When I reached out to the hotel, they told me, after I had chased them, that they wouldn't be able to refund the second night, which is obviously problematic, as I had to book somewhere else and ended up paying twice. No commercial gesture, no discussion.

Would stay here again

Room was compact but had everything needed. It was comfortable and clean. Shower pressure and hot water was great. .Location was perfect with view of the Eiffel Tower and Metro up the street. Good cafe down the street and several in the area.

Taxes charged were more than was stated in Booking reservation. Tried to resolve it but was unable to. 2 chairs in room take up to much space. Hop on bus stop a bit far.

No actual staff at the property and our check in was delayed until 5 o’clock. Not convinced the bed was actually clean as there were thick black hairs seen on the bottom sheet. Very small accommodation and lots of codes to put in.

Small room with surprising full kitchen and great location just off Rue de Rivoli and Place Concorde

I had a small single bed room, but it had effectively a full kitchenette with pots, pans, dishware, microwave, induction cooktop, kitchen sink with counter and wash up supplies. Great location VERY close (2 minutes) to metro lines.

a wasted first day due to problems with the apartment

great location

problem with the apartment, slow in sorting it out. took all day for the problem to be solved so no sleep on the first night and the next day to chase up the problem. various emails to and fro saying they would sort it out then an email at the end saying they couldn't. I phoned them and then they sent someone out who resolved the problem. I requested a refund for the first night and they have chosen to ignore this. I will try and get booking .com to sort this but won't be to hopeful on this. So, to sum it up they take the money and hold no responsibility for any problems

Я осталась в восторге! Номер расположен прямо на площади согласия, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. номер чистый, уютный, есть абсолютно все, что может понадобится. Я ездила одна, поэтому 4 кодовые двери меня не смущали абсолютно, наобот есть чувство безопасности. В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь тут же.

Все идеально, придраться не к чему.

Дверь на первом этаже при входе в хол на коде где непосредственно находится номера не закрывается имеется небольшой запах старости ремонт уже начинает выходить из строя не значительно но факт что касаемо чистоты на первый взгляд все чисто но когда начинаешь проживать и пользоваться замечаешь что основные места протерты от пыли а другие нет я обратил внимание на волосы черные и пыль и мелкие крошки в раковине на кухонной зоне видимо протирали стол для готовки и стол для приема пищи и мелкую крошку и пыль забыли просто смыть водой в целом все не плохо а вот что еще при выезде когда нужно оплатить налог ручки для письма не оказалось на ящике куда опускаешь налог для указания данных номера и инициалов

Breve ma piacevole

Appartamento a due passi da Place de la Concorde (si intravede l’inizio della piazza dal portone di ingresso), ben collegato con le metro principali della città e situato in elegante palazzo con cortile interno. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato la stanza riscaldata, ed essendo gennaio ci ha fatto davvero piacere. La camera è piccola ma con tutto il necessario per due persone, silenziosa e pulita. Ideale per chi non ha troppi giorni a disposizione e vuole soggiornare nel centro della città.

L’inserimento del codice di ingresso nelle stanze è un po’ complicato, inizialmente non si vedono i numeri del display e abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficoltà nel capire come fare. Unica nota “negativa” dei 3 giorni.

Расположение шикарное: самый центр и близко к метро. Очень уютный двор. В номере на очень маленькой площади есть все, что необходимо для комфортного пребывания (я была зимой). Очень тепло. Для заселения и выселения - максимально четкие инструкции, заблудиться и потеряться невозможно, если внимательно все прочитать.

На второй день перестал работать лифт. С тяжелым чемоданом пришлось тащиться по узкой лестнице.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, il est réellement à 1 minute à pied de la place de la concorde et de la rue rivoli. La sécurité de l’hôtel est aussi au top, pour rentrer dans la chambre, il faut passer 4 codes, ce qui rassure. La kitchenette mise à disposition permet de faire son repas soi-même, ce qui est un plus quand on voit les prix des restaurants. Le logement est très propre
