The location was great and the flat is beautiful, as it was recently renovated. Although it is far from the touristic spots, the neighbourhood is beautiful, calm, and very well served of facilities.

The lack of Air conditioner is a downside, especially in a 32 degrees weather, but the poor cleaning and the absence of WiFi connection were the most disappointing factors, along with the inconvenience of having to collect the keys from and deliver them back to a store 1km away from the flat. For it was an absurd that was informed just the day before of my stay. I would certainly consider other options if I knew it before the booking.

Host nice, apartment equipment worn, toilette door did not close. Effort was shown but missing personal contact for prob

Location was nice and as expected. The Apartment was in a big condominium. Self check in worked good. After my claim/ calls to the owner/host and some delay the host was putting efforts to help. Host called me after I left the apartment and thanked for the input I gave and that all points mentioned will be taken care of. Did not help for my stay at the end unfortunately. Apartment was rather clean and kitchen equipped.

The equipment was detailed and nice but some things were old (chairs worn etc) We came there with 3 people and the sleeping couch was not set up. Very nice after 6 h drive and 11pm. I contacted the hotel/staff before arrival and explained what I need but the communication was delayed. I asked for the garage and the info how to access it. It was provided without clear indication and I could not understand from the messages. The garage was booked but I did not get the key for the first night because the remote was missing on the key chain and no response to my calls the whole day after my problem. I did go three times to the key pick up place. Toilette door could not be closed completely which was quite interesting with friends in the apartment with me. Not really pleasant. Unfortunately the host never showed up to improve the situation in person or offered compensation for the trouble. All was done via phone/WhatsApp. I would only recommend this place for 2 people and not more.

Perfectly located for my visit. Small touches like drinking water and the coffee machine were appreciated.

A little difficult to find at night. The codes to use the elevator. Switch the Nespresso machine for a Moka pot.

Emplacement bon mais passez votre chemin

Très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du métro (ligne 3). Quartier tranquille proche des monuments de Paris.

- aucun contact avec l’entreprise qui loue cet appartement (à part des mails automatiques) - informations très vagues concernant le parking, ne répondent pas au téléphone et le lendemain ne se préoccupent absolument pas de toi malgré 25 coups de téléphone - il n’y a qu’à lire les précédents commentaires pour comprendre qu’ils s’en fichent complètement (la porte des toilettes ne se ferme toujours pas, on réserve pour 4 et le canapé lit n’est préparé- il manquait d’ailleurs les draps) - devoir aller chercher et ramener la clé dans une épicerie à 1klm…c’est une blague? Heu non - propreté suspecte (moisissures sur les draps de lit , taches sur les serviettes de bain) Bref, si le service avait été au moins sympathique j’aurais mis une bonne note pour l’emplacement mais vu comment ils s’occupent de leurs clients…

Appartement dans une commune agréable auprès de Paris

Appartement agréable, propre, très bien localisé et au calme. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et flexibles. Ils ont ajouté des ventilateurs bien pratiques en raison de la chaleur. Ils sont flexibles pour le dépôt et l'enlèvement des bagages, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de nos journées d'arrivée et départ sans être encombrés avec nos bagages.

Éventuellement la cour d'école située en bas. Il ne faut pas avoir envie de dormir la journée fenêtres ouvertes en période scolaire. Personnellement, cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Un appartement exceptionnel que je recommande très vivement.

L'appartement est très beau, très confortable et très calme. Situé dans un quartier tranquille, avec la vue sur une cour intérieure verte et paisible, il offre toutes les conditions pour un séjour de qualité à Paris. Emma et Charles ont été rapides et efficaces dans leurs instructions. La propreté de l'appartement est impeccable. Il dispose de toutes les facilités (cuisine, salle de bain) nécessaires pour accompagner un séjour sans aucun souci. La proximité d'un supermarché est d'une grande aide.

Il serait utile que la récupération des clés (très facile par ailleurs) puisse se faire dans un endroit plus proche de l'appartement. Mais ceci n'est pas une critique, juste une recommandation.
