Mixed experience..the key drove us nuts..the stairs were difficult with luggage..

Laundry machine Kitchen Iron box Owner was very responsive Restaurants and groceries close to the apartment

Stairs were difficult if you have any luggage Door lock..the key was painful..took several minutes to lock/unlock every time About 7-8 mins from metro. Only one real bed. The futon was very uncomfortable

Fantastic apartment to experience an amazing city

Bertrand was there whenever I had a question and welcomed us to the property. The location was amazing only 15-20 mins to get into the centre of Paris but allowed you to get out at the end of the day.

The sofa bed is best for small children may not work for adults.

Our Family of four had a great time using this apartment for a base for all Paris Adventures.

The place was clean and very nice decorations and we were happy to have a washing machine. It was quiet and it was nice to step outside and a few short steps there was a bakery and even a small grocery store that was open late in the night. Lots of cafes and place to eat in the neighbourhood. Host was top notch and we were able to use his parking spot for a nightly fee about 150 meters away.

It was a little far from centre, but we were able to use public transport quite effectively and toured around Paris using public transport to all the hot spots.

Ideal place to stay in Paris, beautiful, calm and fair price.

Was very fine decorated, with all kind of little details. The owner lives downstair and was discrete and helpful at the same time. View to a wonderful garden and nice buildings. The area calm but not far, with the metro, from the center. Perfect!

Appartamento moderno, recentemente ristrutturato e con tutti i comfort.

La posizione non era proprio centrale e spostandoci in auto (uber) beccavamo diverso traffico. Per chi può muoversi in metro forse risulta più comodo.

Unterkunft Super angenehm und gut mit Metro zu erreichen. Würde diese Unterkunft wiedee buchen.

Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet. Küche hatte alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Duschkabine war groß und sauber. Die ganze Wohnung war super sauber.

Das Treppenhaus war sehr eng. Aber war trotzdem alles machbar mit Koffern. Kein Aufzug vorhanden. Sonst alles super.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bertrand.

L’appartement est super bien situé, dans un quartier calme avec tous les commerces de proximité à portée de main. C’est l’endroit idéal pour profiter pleinement du séjour tout en ayant tout le nécessaire à proximité. Bertrand a été un hôte exceptionnel : très réactif à nos messages et toujours à l’écoute. Il nous a vraiment facilité la vie en nous permettant de rester plus longtemps dans l’appartement le jour de notre départ, ce qui a permis à notre bébé de faire sa sieste dans le calme — un vrai soulagement pour nous ! L’appartement est magnifique, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi, avec tout le mobilier nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Merci encore Bertrand pour ton accueil chaleureux, ta disponibilité et ta générosité !

J’ai adoré! Un chez-soi parisien charmant

Communication et accueil attentionnés du propriétaire Bertrand, merci! L’appartement est d’une bonne grandeur pour y être totalement à l’aise, tout est confortable et bien pensé (des capsules de café, des condiments, des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge, un parapluie, des livres sur le quartier, etc…). Tout y est! On se sent bien et au calme dans un décor sobre et lumineux. La vue sur la petite cour intérieure verdoyante est très agréable. Le quartier est sympa, beaucoup de commerces dans le coin et le métro est à quelques minutes de marche. On a beaucoup aimé le resto L’écumoire sur la place de Lattre de Tassigny pas très loin. J’ai adoré cet appartement et j’ai eu du mal à le quitter! Un vrai petit chez soi, j’y retournerais avec plaisir.

Rien! Mais si je peux mentionner un petit détail: il y a tous les ustensiles nécessaires mais ce serait utile d’avoir une grande poêle pour les œufs au plat.
