Room is fine for a city where you don’t spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Easy to access, everything we needed really. Location was great. Easy walks to some of the major attractions.

The kettle didn’t really work and took a while to boil, the bathroom was a tad small but for a few days it’s fine.

My reviews are also for people who understand that a lot of buildings in Paris are old and accommodation is tight. Location is fantastic. Easy walk to Opera, Lafayette, Louvre, etc. Kitchen and bathroom were both very well equipt. Both were big by Paris standards and considering how much we paid. Lots of plugs. Room was quiet, clean, neat. Very well presented. A number of supermarkets close by. Tons of places to get a meal. Very good luggage storage near by (I forget what they were called but they are like a tiny grocery store with a lot of flowers for sale outside).

Sorry no lift. My fault for not checking and it is on the second floor.

We made it work by being there as little as possible going out for breakfast, lunch and dinner and lots of sightseeing.

The location was fantastic. Accessible to everything we wanted to do. We preferred to walk but metro is convenient. The property was really quiet and very well maintained. Loads of places to eat nearby and the neighborhood felt very safe. It was also pretty economical for 3 of us.

It was really too small for 3 adults. It would be better suited to a couple with a child, just a couple or a single traveller. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it always smelled damp. And the rooms were stuffy but we couldn’t get the ceiling fans to work without the lights being on which was no help at night. Also there is only one bedroom door for 2 bedrooms which was an odd fixture and limited our privacy.

it was dirty because I found hairs on the sheets which were wrinkled and appeared to have been used and remade on the bed the floor was dirty and I found nails cut by previous customers in my communication with the managers no one was interested in giving me a pair of sheets and pillowcases so I could sleep

Nice and cosy

Easy check inn. We got information; door codes with email. Door codes to 3 doors to get in. Room was small but enough for us for a few nights. Walking distance to center / Louvre. Clean.

Great location, very comfortable and well equipped.

The apartment was in a perfect location, very calm and safe. Inside it was modern, functional and had everything you could possibly need. It felt very cozy, clean and fresh, with everything looking new. The customer service was excellent as well, very quick to respond and always helpful if you needed anything.

Perfect, small but fit for purpose

Great location, rooms were nice

Rooms are very small, ok if you are not going to be in the room very much. Seemed a lot of furniture for such a small room, i.e. a desk and a breakfast bar, excessive given the small space. Room was a bit dusty but a satisfactory. We struggled to find the building but the hotel did send an access guide that I just didn’t see before we arrived

Horrible stay I have ever had

Avoid this place—it’s not a real hotel and will ruin your trip. There is no reception, and when my belongings (including my passport) got locked in a locker, no one was available to help. I called the number provided, but they said they couldn’t do anything. I was panicked because I had a flight the next morning. Thankfully, a kind neighbor helped me open it—otherwise, I would have been stranded. Also, on my last day I had a Versailles reservation in the morning and planned to leave my luggage there until the afternoon. But since this is not a real hotel, they could not hold my luggage. I ended up missing my reservation because I couldn’t find any storage and had to go straight to the airport. The property is in a creepy location, on the third floor with no assistance for luggage. Unsafe, unreliable, and completely unprofessional. Stay away for your own safety and peace of mind.

The fans didn’t work once you turned off the lights so it was very hot during the night. No information on use of facilities eg. safe.

The worst stay I have ever had. AVOID WS Appartments.

The bed and comfortable.

The door broke. We told them at 9am on Sunday. It was not fixed. We told them it was not fixed 8pm on Sunday. No one responded. We had to book ANOTHER hotel at the last minute, and we were with two small children, without any of our luggage in the clothes we were wearing. At 1am they sent a message saying the code was broken because we were beyond check out. This was completely untrue. They then sent a new code. The door still did not work. We told them it did not work at 7.30. They said they would send someone at 11am!! We have a train to catch this morning. It has been absolutely awful and still no resolution.

Very uncomfortable, dampened our trip.

The room fan doesn’t work unless the light is switched on, so we had to sleep with clothes wrapped around our heads at night like a blindfold to be able to get to sleep. The shower floods, so every time you use it you have to keep mopping up as you go. The property tells you to pay a tax in cash into a box near the entrance (very shady as there’s no knowing who has paid or not). When looking at my booking again, this tax was paid already when initially booking. Would not recommend to anybody (especially over the summer). Very uncomfortable and bizarre stay.

The description and photos are totally misleading as a two bedroom apartment. It’s one small room split in half with a metal bar and glass separating the 2 beds. One of the so called bedrooms has no privacy it’s open and exposed as well as to blinking security and internet lights in the ceiling. The beds are against the wall, very little room. And less than a one foot deep countertop to eat on. The pillows smelled.

Fantastic location at a very affordable price

The location in Paris was excellent. The quietness due to the building being located in a courtyard was a bonus. Having a small kitchenette to make breakfast and prepare lunches was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom small but constant hot water and functional. As a base to explore Paris it was a very affordable option.

We stayed 9 nights and the apartment was not cleaned in that time. We were given more toilet paper and towels when we asked but it got quite dirty in that time and we had no cleaning utensils to even clean it ourselves.

Trapped in the courtyard

Small but very nice and clean appartment in an excellent location.

Unfortunately access instructions are so badly communicated that we found ourselves trapped in a coutyard (door closed behind us and could not be opened from the side of the courtyard!). Only with the help of people coming along after a while (we had to make noise) we could get out and find the right staircase. The perspective of spending the night trapped in this courtyard was definitely not exciting!

Good place to stay in the heart of Paris for a 3-4 day cityscape.

Very good location, walking distance from the main sights of Paris.

The room is pretty small. Check-in is from 3pm, we arrived to the apartment at 3.30 pm, but the cleaning lady was in the room asking us to wait for 15 minutes more.

We come to Paris every year and this was overall a pretty bad experience. Although nice location.

Just the location. Plenty of restaurants.

1) Bad communication. Very late replies. 2) The photos sent us to do check in has nothing to do with the reality( probably from another location or apartment). After contacting them they insisted that photos were correct. As a result we spent an hour just looking for the apartment. 3) There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled like a sewer. 4) we spent 9 days there and they never come to clean the apartment. They just came to change the sheets. As he was changing the dirty ones, he threw the clean ones on the floor where we had our shoes!

We loved being in Paris and the location was fantastic and a lovely area.

It was in a great location, lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Very easy walk to the Louvre and various other highlights of Paris.

The room size stated on the apartment details was correct. It was very tiny and if we put more thought into it we wouldn't have stayed there as there really was no space for luggage and two people in one apartment was very cosy.

could have been a lot better

great location very close to a plenty of restaurants and bars and tourist spots . this area is quite safe no one disturb us during our stay . not too bad for 3 people we’re able to open our luggages at the same time

we arrived at 3pm but then the room wasn’t ready we arrived at exactly the same time as the cleaning lady she can’t speak English and she told us to wait for another 1 hour to clean up the room after almost 20 hours of flight and there’s nothing the host can do to help us they put a photo of almost look a like a lift but this apartment doesn’t have lift which you have to carry your luggage to 3rd floor ( 2nd floor in france ) they really need to improve so many things , be honest and be on time i was asking for 30 mins early check in but ended up waiting for another hour because nothing was nearly ready

No air conditioning, many of mosquitoes, the bedroom is too hot to keep the window closed, anyone cleaned my bedroom, we had food in the bedroom and the trash was full and smelling
