Good bargain, nice host, small apartment that will sleep 6 comfortably.

The location is close to shops and the metro. The price was great and the host communication was perfect. It's on the ground floor, so there is no problem with taking luggage up stairs.

The air conditioning isn't strong by American standards, and if you're sensitive to noise, it's on the ground floor, so vehicles and people walking by can be a bit noisy. But, overall- I would definitely choose this place again.

Bad but would be good if the AC worked!

Good location, clean spaces

The AC did not work which made the apartment EXTREMELY humid and hot. The host did not respond to any questions about the AC!

Great location with a lot of restaurants and outside of the touristic Paris. Ok for a group of 3-4

The place is actually a shop that was repurposed as an apartment. It’s not possible to open the windows and the air does not feel healthy (although it was clean)

Horrendous space.

Location

There’s wasn’t any ventilation. No windows, no working extractor fans. The accomodation was musty and damp. The bathroom vented out into living accommodation. The air conditioning unit were not plumbed in, and didn’t work. The external wall is a shop front, so all glass. Therefore very noisey, and the neighbours can see into the sleeping areas.

Ground floor, street level flat

Well equipped flat with excellent transport links. Wasn't aware this was a ground floor flat (with a basement bedroom) converted from a shop (the windows and old shop entrance were covered in sheets/ cardboard to prevent people looking in from the street. Street noise from bar on the corner but no problem with earplugs Cold as no central heating but plug in radiators provided.which worked well. Open stairway to basement bedroom. Not suitable for young children

Sehr schöne Lage im 17. Arrondissement

Sehr schöne, zentrale Lage im 17. Arrondissement mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Gute Anbindung öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. 2 Toiletten und große Dusche. Sehr hilfsbereiter, zuverlässiger Verwalter.

Schlechte Dämmung der Fenster und Türen, dadurch vor allem abends laut durch die Bar gegenüber (Oropax zu empfehlen). Die Wohnung ist nur über die Kippfenster schwierig zu lüften, bei uns war die Klimaanlage defekt. Daniel hat dann den Schlüssel zur seitlichen Glastür gebracht, dann ging es. Wenig Küchenausstattung (wir waren zu 5).

La localisation du 17eme est certes un bon emplacement mais c’est le seul point positif de cet appartement.

L’humidité dans l’appartement et spécialement dans la salle de bain sont à la limite de l’insalubrité, à tel point qu’il y a plusieurs traces de moisissures à de multiples endroits sur les murs. Des traces de rouille sont présentes un peu partout également. Aucun moyens d’aération non plus, et le fait que l’appartement soit un ancien local commercial donnant directement sur la rue avec un simple rideau et un bout de carton pour cacher la vitrine… Aucune isolation, on entend absolument tout. Il n’y a rien pour accrocher les linges de douches et le 3ème lits n’était pas fait quand nous sommes arrivés alors que nous en avions besoin. Désolé mais nous sommes déçu de cet appartement.

Appartement refait à neuf, salon spacieux et cuisine bien aménagée

L’équipement de la salle de bain reste à désirer : aucun crochet ou porte-serviette, ce qui n’est pas pratique du tout quand on est nombreux. Par contre la douche est très agréable.

Appartamento stupendo nel centro di Parigi

Posizione perfetta nel centro di Parigi, fermata della metro praticamente a due passi e struttura pulitissima con ottimi servizi e accogliente. Host disponibile e gentile.

Unica piccola pecca l'appartamento ha un bar di fronte ma con le finestre chiuse è molto insonorizzato e non si sente nulla.
