Appartement Luxueux climatisé avec Terrasse, 6 couchages - 17ème Arrondissement de Paris

The location, the rooms and modern facilities in the kitchen, the response time of the host. There is an excellent boulangerie near by.

Location is excellent. Excellent size Apartment. Good security getting in and out of the building. Cleaner, Dahlia was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was OK, except we had requested a one hour earlier check in of 2pm which was approved weeks earlier and then on the day was messaged that we could not get in due to the Cleaner needing the time. We arrived and waited for about 20-30min while she finished.

The place overall was not clean. Dirt and dust on floors and benchs. Cuttlery was dirty and grimy. The TV Remote was filthy. The Loungeroom TV did not work. The Dryer did not work. One drying rack for potentially four peoples washing is not enough. The two bidet toilets did not work with one of the seats broken. The bedding was cheap and did not breath meaning at night you had to run the Aircon to push cool air into the bedrooms. Overall this place has the huge potential but maintenance needs a big improve as well as the cleaning to bring it up to standard. Paris is not a cheap place to stay, and for four nights with the shortfalls mentioned the cost was high. If these issues were addressed then this would provide a more appropriate value for money experience.
