Cozy, clean, wonderful apartment

This apartment was perfect for a group of 6 people. New residential complex, clean and beautiful. Good location, 7-10 minutes to the metro. The apartment had everything necessary for living. The owner was very attentive and helped with our questions.

I picked this location as there was parking and we used local transport which is approx. 15mins walk to metro. There are plenty of eating places nearby and shops. The apartment is very secure, modern, immaculately clean and all we required was there for a short stay. It was a little difficult to find and get in initially but a simple call to the owner and he gave us perfect instructions. Owner's communications and help was easy and quick.

Very small issue .. a little of the instructions need to be made clearer .. the waste disposal is in a room on the ground floor outside the property. You need the keyfob to access to some doors and elevator to basement parking. There is also a key fob for gated access to the garage. Once you are aware of this all is perfect.

Апартамента е прекрасен. Има всички удобства. Инструкциите за достъп са много ясни и точни. Наблизо има хранителни магазини и пекарни от които пазарувахме. На тихо и спокойно място е. Снимките отговарят напълно. Отново бихме посетили този апартамент.

Изгледът към реката е скрит, но все пак сме дошли да се разхождаме в Париж, а не да гледаме реката от терасата. Малко ми идваше далеч метрото, след дневните обиколки, но не е страшно.

Por la falta de Limpieza, nos picaron chinches, y tuvimos que gastar en doctores y medicinas, muy caras, andar buscando atención médica en diferentes países, y nuestros planes se vieron retrasados y nuestro monedero también. Por no mencionar el estrés de la picadura, la comezón incesante . El establecimiento, aunque fue amable en su respuestas, no nos solucionó el problema ni nos reembolsó. Utilizaron muchas excusas para lavarse las manos y no dar solución.. el que nos dio solución fue la plataforma de Booking , a quien le agradecemos
