Renovated from A to Z to combine well-being and comfort, the apartment sits in a peaceful and secure setting.
-The living room brings together a lounge corner, a dining table and a double sofa bed: just the place to unwind at the end of the day, after exploring Paris.
-Open onto the living area, the kitchen, with its contemporary and practical style, has a stovetop, a microwave and a Nespresso machine, so you can prepare your meals effortlessly.
-The bedroom is separate and features a double bed dressed in quality linens, for nights that fully recharge you.
-The shower room, which includes the toilet, offers a shower along with shower gel and shampoo.
Also at your disposal: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and hair dryer. Bed linens and towels are provided for every stay.
Cleaning is entrusted to a professional housekeeper; the related fees include clean sheets and towels for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment measures 30 m² (323 sq ft) and is perfectly suited to a stay for two. With four guests, two sleep on the sofa bed in the living room; once unfolded, it leaves little space to open suitcases.
* There is no installed air conditioning. A portable air conditioner is available, but its exhaust hose means a window must stay ajar, and it struggles to bring the temperature down during heatwaves. If you do not cope well with heat, please keep this in mind: sleeping can be difficult in summer.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will enjoy a quiet, safe part of the 7th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Vaneau station (line 10), step-free access that is very handy with luggage, a bedroom of its own, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher.
For the whole length of your stay, the apartment is reserved for your use alone: it is entirely yours.
You let yourself into the apartment independently, following an arrival guide you can consult at any hour.

The property was small but maybe that’s normal in Paris, the property was cute, but not that clean. The dishes were dirty so we did not even use them. In the closet there was a comforter that was dirty with blood stains and the main bedroom on the bed when going to sleep had silverfish on it. Really wish it would have been cleaner. But overall it has a good location.

It was all great but it was warm. One of the fans didn’t work and when we had a window open, we all woke up with bug bites. Otherwise it was lovely and we had the best time in Paris!! How could we not! Thanks!
